So I visited this place and I been looking for a good burger for a while. I tried a verity of fast food places. I came to this one and I am very impressed. The whole burger was full and it was so good. Someone made this burger and cared about their job.

I was served cold food. The employee in the photo said that if I wanted fresh food I would have to contact the store and request that the food is made fresh before they start making the order. I asked her to remake the order because I wanted fresh hot food and she took the chicken and refried it and served it back to me and claimed that it was fresh. I’m very unsatisfied and they need better training at this location.

EVERYTIME I come this this location, after I pay for my food at the window a different cashier would tell me to either “pull up by the door” or back up behind the yellow pole. Then proceed to take forever get give me my food. It took 20 minutes for one whopper, ONE WHOPPER! It’s like they don’t even care. Only good thing is the food is hot and fresh 75% of the time smh lol

I’m in a wheelchair. Can’t go into the restaurant. Haven’t had a Whopper meal in a long time. My order was messed up.
I ask ed for it to be hot off the broiler
It was ice cold and so were the fries.
I asked for no ice in the drink I got a drink full of ice. And I just got out of the hospital I’m so disappointed.

The manager and workers all have attitudes there. No one wants to work! A lot of them can’t read; and they are sneaky! I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with 4 fries. They gave me the 4 double cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Never done/get takeout here!

My family and I dined in store was clean and food was also fresh. The cashier greeted us and the manager offered to refill our drinks. Will be returning it’s been a long time since I had great customer service.
