I specifically ordered a super-sized dry-mixed spicy hot pot. It’s just not spicy enough for hot pot. The condiment area is so-so. Free ice water is available. The dining area is in the Korean section. The restaurant is located near the 99 Ranch Market, so it’s relatively easy to find. Average price level

I think this is our fave hot pot place so far! Upon entering, someone will ask how many are in your party and tell you a table number for you to sit at. Then you’ll grab an empty clear bowl and tongs and add as much veggies, meats/toppings as you like!
They’ll weigh it for you when you’re done adding things and ask if you’d like the hot soup or dry mix. I believe the spice level is from 1 to 5. My husband and I both got 1 because we can’t handle spice. In our opinion, it is still super flavorful even at a 1.
You will then be given a keychain with a number on it and they’ll take your clear bowls into the back and bring it out to you when it’s ready. In the meantime, you can make your sauce mixture. An assortment of drinks are in a refrigerator next to the cashier if you want something else other than water.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The soup is like a warm hug and it’s delicious. We like that we can control the portion at the beginning too. It’s priced reasonably and the staff here is super friendly. We will absolutely be back here again!

When cold weather hits, I always look forward to eating here. It’s clean as you go through the line and you get to customize how you like your noodles and how spicy you want it. I recommend getting the liquid broth noodles instead of the dry. I generally have a lighter palette so I’ve been adding some water to my broth to dilute out the saltiness. You can also order takeout and the broth is in one bowl and your cooked items are in another.

I used to love this place but this most recent experience changed my perspective on how this establishment runs their business. I found a long piece of hair in my bowl and when I informed the server, the server took my chopsticks and pulled it out. It was deep in there and the server looked completely shocked because it was sunken in with all my food. I went to pay and they only gave me 10% off. Isn’t that the same amount for a promo?????? I understand I’m not obligated for a discount, but for this experience, I felt that more measures should’ve been taken because that was absolutely DISGUSTING and unsanitary. Unacceptable service! Very disappointed! #sad
