Went here after a concert at Ithink and there was only 1 guy working at the truck but he was definitely on top of it. They are open late so that was good and the chicken and waffles was good. The guy was really nice and let us try 2 sauces. They also have a covered canopy with a few tables if you want to eat there.

Just left the truck and ate the food at home. Was one guy on truck who I spoke to for a minute. Man was very nice. Food was great even after a 15 minute car ride. Burger was awesome and the fries were still somewhat crispy as they could be after the drive. Would 100% come back again. Underrated spot and i hope for the best for the owner.

i went here one time before and the food was amazing. same situation tonight, my boyfriend and i got off of work late and wanted to order from here. we called in and asked what one of the sauces taste like which the man taking the order then replied “what kind of question is that. i’m not trying to be rude, but i’m trying to get orders out and you’re wasting my time”.
speaking to the people who contribute to your business this way is not only unacceptable it’s disgusting. i was going to blow it off and say maybe the guy was having a bad night, but after reading the review responses to other patrons i will never support this hateful business again.
It’s honestly embarrassing that the owner only crawls out to respond to negative reviews — and always with an attitude. Maybe try acknowledging the people who actually compliment your business instead of picking fights online/over the phone.

I’m from out of town, it was about 11:30 at night and doing a search showed Smackin Jay’s to be open. It turns out this is a food truck in a parking area with other food trucks. It was not open but another was so I did get something to eat. My three star rating doesn’t have anything to do with their food, just my experience. So if you’re looking for some place late at night unfamiliar with the area, you might want to find a difference restaurant.

Listen – if you live in Palm beach or visiting, Smackin J’s is definitely food that you want to experience! the owner provided excellent customer service. He was very respectful over the phone with me and patient- I spoke briefly and placed my order. The presentation of my dish shows that he cares about his work, my food was cooked to order . The flavors were explosive in my mouth the waffles were sweet and moist topped with icing and powdered sugar the wings were crispy and evenly coated in the sauce to be honest I am not even sure what flavored sauce was used for the chicken all I know is the flavors paired well together. The chicken had flavor down to its bones just amazing. The flavor combination between the chicken and waffles were like a party in my mouth both items were delectable – trust if you enjoy eating deliciously seasoned meals check out smackin j’s

Lived in WPB for 4 years now and I can’t believe I just found this place. Food has great flavor and J cooks his food with care! He put my icing on the side for me since it was my first time so I could try it! The mystery drink is amazing too. My boyfriend got buffalo wings they and were perfect. We will be returning:)
