The owner was very attentive and welcoming. Wasn’t sure what to try and she came up with some amazing suggestions. I would say I prefer the rice pilaf over the yellow. The lamb apparently is sourced from Australia and it was the highlight for me. The meat thingy… I still can’t pronounce it, was a great appetizer. Must try the cheese dessert think it started with a K 🙂
Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

The chicken kabob was great. Wonderful lemon flavor.
My friend had the lamb which he said was good.
The fattoush salad was disappointing. The dressing was all wrong.
The sambousek appetizer had zero flavor.
I would go back for the kebob plates, but would not chose the fattoush salad again.

Edit: I wrote my review before reading others. I have to say the portions are normal for this type of food, as I’ve said Iove & eat this often. I learned the servers and family, hence the family feel. Walking into this place for over 20 years, it finally feels like a place to enjoy. Since theyve been open less than 6 months, I give them time to add to the walls and create a personal touch that’s more family feel.
I love Mediterranean food, and this place was great! I had the chicken and got both rices (pilaf & yellow) i was surprised to like the yellow more… so tasty! My date had the burger (that’s not a burger, but meat in a pita) and garlic fries. The garlic fries are the best I’ve had: you know, garlic but not too much that you cant eat a lot of it… these were perfect! And for dessert, you have to try the Kanefe… in person since it’s served warm. The fine texture of the shredded phyllo elevated the taste and the fine texture! Sorry no pics, I was too focused on eating… guess I just have to go back again soon for pictures! 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It seems to be a up-and-coming set up so as of today (11/22/25) it looks like an open area, kinda plain with tables (kitchen style). I got a kebab plate and a Fattoush salad. The kebab plate I decided to get all pilaf with the meat, and the meat was really soft and juicy even though I requested well done. If you’re looking for a good mediterranean restaurant, I definitely recommend supporting this small business. The pricing was very reasonable I’d Say equivalent to what you would spend at a fast food restaurant that’s not healthy.

Casual Mediterranean cafe that has indoor and outdoor seating. We had the chicken kebab with fatoush salad, hummus, rice, and an order of baklava for dessert. Salad was delicious and very fresh. Kebabs and hummus were also very good. Baklava was excellent. Tete’s is a great addition to Old Town Clovis.

Was sat and served by a real nice lady so that was a plus from the get go. The service was good and the food was good. I got the beef shawarma and my gf got the chicken. The shawarma, rice, and the toum were very delicious. The food wasn’t greasy and didn’t make me feel like a slob after eating like some places. If anything, I feel like this was healthier than most places. I also got some baklava and it was wonderful. Overall, pretty good spot.

This review is based on a single experience, so… It’s an okay place where the food is pretty much “white bread.” Not much flavor. For quality Mediterranean try AJ’s, Mediterranean Grill downtown Fresno, Phoenician Garden and a few others.

We ate lunch at Te Te’s kitchen today. The pita sandwiches were good. The shish kabobs had small portions of meat and came with skimpy portions of pita bread for 2 people they only brought a small basket that wasn’t even full. Other than that, service was good and nice atmosphere.
