Had a very simple 2 drink order turn into having them move us over to a different stall on the other side of the lot for whatever reason.
super rude with our order. Very snappy and demanding. Just shoved the drinks at us and said “here’s that” If you’re looking for a relaxing chill night don’t come to the Gretna location. The bad attitude and entitled workers will ruin your night.

I love Sonic, and this was my first time visiting the Gretna location in over 10 years—but unfortunately it was the worst food experience I’ve ever had there.

When I arrived, I had to press the order button three separate times and wait over five minutes just to get someone to answer, even though there was only one other customer there. I finally placed my order: a double burger, no cheese, with mustard, pickles, and onions only.

After waiting, I received my food and the burger had cheese on it. I pressed the button again and, just like before, had to try multiple times and wait another five minutes before anyone responded. I explained the issue, and the employee said he knew what went wrong and that they would remake it.

When the replacement finally came out, it did have no cheese—but everything else was still wrong. Two times in a row they managed to make mistakes on a very simple order.

Unbelievable. I will never be returning to this location again.

Had the absolute worst experience at this location, I don’t even know where to begin. Not only was the man taking my order incredibly rude (yelled at me, cut me off as I ordered, THREW MY CHANGE ON THE GROUND) BUT THEY ALSO MANAGED TO MESS UP MY ORDER COMPLETELY. asked for a plain cheeseburger, and I got everything on it. asked for a large dr. Pepper and got a medium. asked for a large tot, got a medium. I am so incredibly angry and disappointed that I was treated this way, and I was even so kind and understanding at first! never going here again.

Where to start? First, we had order a bacon Brioche sandwich with our meal but received a breakfast burrito instead after waiting forever to receive our order. (If it had been busy, I would understand but there was only 1 other car there as far as we could tell) Which is fine, mistakes are made. They fixed it, brought out the right sandwich, all was well, then we get home and there’s a plastic food tie on the bread of the toaster sandwich that was ordered. So, this will be our last visit to this sonic. Not happy with our meals at all.

I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru after paying for what I was told would be fresh food (it wasnt). The cheeseburger was very sad looking and thrown together with no care, hence the cheese on the bottom of the patty. I’ve visited this sonic before so I know you can do way better. You get 2 stars because the employee working the drive thru window was very polite, even though she lied about fresh food.

They did put salt on my tater tots, but when I corrected it, they also gave me my daughter a sonic blast just really awesome people highly recommend

If you are going to offer all day breakfast make sure your afternoon cooks know how to make breakfast and don’t serve overcooked rubbery eggs. Wasted my money at this place yet again.

Update 7-1: Gave them another chance and I got a slush without ice, just liquid…how is that a slush? Shame on me for giving this location another chance!

Went today around 3PM for a late lunch. Waited longer than usual but that was understandable with the staffing shortages everywhere. Liam brought our order out and he was very nice. Got home within 10-15 minutes and the fries/tots/moz sticks were cold and had the texture of rubber like they’ve been sitting out for an hour. (I HATE COLD TOTS lol) Cheese sauce for our pretzel was no where to be found in the bag but had all the BBQ we asked for. Chicken bites did not taste freshly made but the burgers were good.

Not my first choice. I’ve never had an issue with other locations but compared to those this Sonic has always disappointed me.
Won’t come here if I don’t have to and would rather not eat than stop. Service and quality need some serious improvements before I would be willing to go back.

I have gone here multiple times for ice cream and 1 out of 3 times they get my order right whether its a cherry or the cookie dough in my ice cream theres always 1 thing missing I tried to order in the mobile app because maybe they didnt hear me but once again something was missing
