Management is great they work with what they got. It’s hard to keep employees is this day and the ones they have call in 2 days out of the 4 their scheduled. Just remember when yiu go thru here in the evening it mostly likely 2 ppl doing everything cause someone called out. Patience is a virtue in the spring city Hardee’s haha. Always ask for ur chicken or whatever fresh they may have 20-30mins where their are no orders so u get old food or u have to wait for fresh food can’t complain about both. Best breakfast in town for th $$ keep up the good work ladies great Management team Jenny,talynn and Heather stop in and get u a bite their always happy to see spring city’s finest

Update 2: Great burger. It was a special order. The meat was hot, the green stuff was cold and the bread was fresh. For the money, best in town. I’m revisiting my stars.
Update. I’ve been back twice and the service was much better. Burger is still outstanding for a drive thru. Fries were a 9/10. They were hot, crispy, salty and good flavor. Only negative was 70% were under 2” long. Yes I’m being picky, but to get a 10/10 for fries is rare.
I’m really conflicted by this one. Part of me wants to just write off the experience and move on. But I also know that if there is a problem, and they don’t know about it, that cannot fix it.
So first the good: I ordered a #5, special. No mayo. They got it right and the burger was top notch for a drive through.
The middle: the fry’s were good. Hot, crispy and salted. But they had an odd fish taste to them. Did it stop me? No! It’s fry’s after all.
The bad: I ordered a second burger, a simple one plain. I did not get it. I did drive around to go back and ask for it, but the person behind me when I left was still at the window. They seem to make food to order. After a while waiting I just drove off.
Observations: The two folks I saw may have been the only ones actually working. They seemed distracted and the one at the window was, well, a bit cold. She was not unfriendly, but it felt like if I had gone somewhere else that would have been fine also. This is why I’m conflicted. I actually don’t blame her. This is not her fault. It’s management, or training. Fix the problem and you fix the experience for future customers.
Will I go back? Absolutely. But I will not leave the window until I am sure I have everything.

Everytime I go in the lobby is dirty. Tables need wiped down, food needs swept up and garbage needs taken out. The staff has no manners when it comes to customers, they are rude and take an attitude. Orders are always wrong and biscuits are almost burnt and hard. When you take them back the attitude is worse. You order a jelly biscuit for $1.89 and I have to take it back every time because all I got was a plain biscuit. Order a regular gravy biscuit and they always give me plain gravy. Try to get the order fixed and they take an attitude and say there is nothing they can do about it. I used to be a shift leader at Hardee’s, I know the process. If Ed Stuttivelle was still the district manager things would be better. His motto was if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Instead of things getting better, the price goes up and the quality and service suck. If it wasn’t for customers they would not have a job. I’m tired of spending my hard earned money for garbage. Spring City Hardee’s needs some real work done everywhere. You can talk to the manager Jenny and she claims she will address the problem but nothing ever changes

Went here this morning and ordered two sausage and eggs biscuits… I didn’t get to eat them right away…but even after 45 minutes… the biscuits melted like butter in my mouth and the eggs and sausage were delicious…I give two thumbs up…Fantastic and yummy!

Food is always good, however, service is horrible from most employees, There are a few good employees. I got an eye roll and a huff, as the employee jerked a drink back out of my hand because I ask for a drink carrier for 3 drinks, and BBQ sauce for chicken strips. I did call and got no answer!! Just disrespectful, I also work with the public and I’d never treat ppl that way. It the fact they don’t get in trouble for their actions.

We went down there almost close to closing time , so I was kinda skeptical about it but I was tired of McDonald’s , I have to say we were very impressed the food was hot , fresh , the drinks were not watered down the staff was very friendly and respectful and you could tell they were tired but still they were awesome you don’t see that much anymore especially near closing time . Thank you to the night shift employees on 4/27/24 you were very much appreciated.
