The eyesore of Tupelo. Neither my fiance and I could take two bites of what we ate. It is worth ordering from Uber eater like shakes etc but the food is not their speciality. They do. Stay open late so I would say if you are craving something sweet; its close to the hospital area go for it

I ordered the fry lovers combo. They had to know this food was not fresh when they gave it to me. The fries on the burger were not even edible. That burger had been sitting up already made for a while. The order of fries were fresher than the ones on the burger, but they were not real fresh themselves. Lastly, even the ice was already melted in my drink. I’m not sure how that happened, but it did. I rarely leave reviews this low, but this experience was the worst I’ve had in a very long time. I should’ve drove back and asked for a refund, but I didn’t. Very disappointed ☹️

I don’t know about others. But I was there yesterday 9-15-2025. My burger was so fresh. All the toppings were fresh and crisp. I had to go back through the drive-thru. So I could tell them to tell the cook my burger was delicious. I’m so sorry I forgot to ask for names. So I gave a date. I will definitely go back nice folks.

First time eating at a Checkers and they had the slowest service ever, waited at least 20 minutes to order and another 30 plus minutes for our food. We had to ask them how much longer our food would be and the worker grabbed our bag of food that had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. We finally got our food and it was cold and the fries were soggy. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Worst service we’ve experienced and will not be back.

The lady that took our order was very sweet. She was also very patient. The food was delicious. The prices were fair. Had a great time introducing my son to Checkers/Rallys brand. Yum!
The only reason for a 4 star rating was because we waited about 15 minutes for our food and drinks. We noticed it was taking a bit so looked in and saw food just sitting there at the end of the dressing table. Tapped on window and the cook waved and then our food was out to us shortly after the wave.

Not really sure what went wrong here. Checkers used to be pretty solid, but today the chicken tasted a bit like chemicals, just really not edible. The mozzarella sticks are great, but of course, they forgot my marinara sauce. Wait times aren’t great for the food quality, expect to be sitting around for about 10 minutes for (at best) subpar food, even during non-peak hours. However, I think this fact should be blamed on Checkers corporate being cheapskates and not wanting to schedule more than 2 employees to work at a time. Hell, until recently, they had some lame AI chatbot doing the order-taking. Basically, Checkers needs to fix their chicken recipe and hiring practices (or lack thereof).
I only gave 3 stars because the few people that *are* working here are very nice. The marinara sauce being forgotten is a small blunder I can forgive, and the chicken tasting bad and wait times being a bit long is a corporate issue.

This restaurant is plain terrible because one user said that got burnt fries but ALSO, there COULD be a pothole after exiting the drive thru and they ALWAYS get my burger order wrong no matter whatever the hell I say. Sincerely, MSSB (Andrew T. Osborn).

The food was decent, but I didn’t get my hamburger. I called the restaurant, but no one answered. The kids liked the seasoned mozzarella sticks. The fries were great. The wings were actually pretty good. Nice and crispy. A little too much sauce for me.
