His manager on the other hand, she wasn’t pleasant. I did not get her name, but she was a white woman of shorter stature. She continuously cut him off while he tried to explain about customer specials that he offered me.
Whether the time was appropriate or not, she completely overlooked her employee’s attempt to help me out and caused confusion among both parties. I would not want to eat in the same restaurant with her company.

It literally took 45 minutes for two orders, the food was so gross that my partner spit it out and didn’t finish any of it. My wings were dry with parmesan sprinkled on top with sauce at the bottom and they honestly didn’t taste right, just off. Not the garlic parmesan like it’s supposed to taste. And they also forgot the carrots and celery completely.
We were literally about to ask the girl at the front for a refund bc it was taking so long when she walked to the counter with our bag. My partner made a comment about it taking 40+ mins and the reply was that there’s only one person working in the back. At least explain that to customers.
I wish we’d have just gotten the refund.
