I love little Caesars, but I am always soooo disappointed with the quality of the Navarre locations pizzas. They’re either burnt and hard and seem old or flimsy and not fully cooked. It seems like they don’t care about providing quality service or pizza at this location. I usually drive the extra 40 minutes round trip to Mary Esther to get little Caesars pizza. Its crazy that the.store in Mary Esther has the BEST pizza I’ve ever had from a little Caesars but the Navarre location has the worst. I’d actually stopped using that location after making a few online orders that were made 45 minutes in advance only to get there and the pizza not be ready and then after them realizing my order ahead order wasn’t even in the oven it was another 45mi uses before they even put it in the oven. The staff is so disorganized and unprofessional and you can tell they’re under trained, under managed, and not scheduled lawfully. I’ve gone in there before and witnessed the cashier have to ask the door dash runner to get them drinks from the gas station bc they’d been on shift for over 6 hours with no break or relief from their station. I’ve also wit messed staff come in off the clock and yell to the workers in the back about covering unwanted shifts while using profanity and unflattering comments about their feelings toward their positions, shifts, coworkers, the company, the food, and the customers. In my opinion, this store needs a major over haul in terms of staff, training, scheduling, and morale. Im not looking for free food, id just like to see a positive difference in this location bc little Caesars is my favorite pizza, but I only use location in very rare cases or after a prolonged period to see if its improved. To my constant let down, it only seems to get worse which I didnt even think was possible.

I was just handed a pizza that looks liked it had been through the spin cycle in a washer. The crust was flat on one side. All the toppings were flung to the middle of the pizza. The said they were too busy to remake my pizza after explaining to me that there was not enough dough in the middle of the pizza. The guy at the front counter called to a (lady) in the back making the pizzas, letting her know that there was an unhappy customer in the front.” She rattled off so many four letter words my head spun. She finished with the words, “what the hell do you want me to do?” Lack of Customer service, and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated at any establishment, let alone at a pizzeria. Management needs to be aware of and enlightened about their employees lack of professionalism and customer service.

It was a little after 5p today when my wife and son went to pick up some pizza for dinner tonight. My wife cannot remember the cashiers name who served her but we both just wanted to say how much we appreciate his kindness and that he made our son’s end of the day special. Upon learning that it my son’s birthday today, he went to the back and brought out one of the M&M cookie dough brownies and gave it to my son. My wife insisted that she’d pay for it but the cashier said it’s his birthday, dont worry about it. You dont see dedicated customer service and kindness like that, especially at fast food restaurants, anymore. My wife mentioned that at the end of their interaction the, who we assume, manager saw what he had done and then preceded to “sternly” tell the cashier that they needed to talk in the back. We hope we didn’t get him in trouble. We’ll gladly come back and pay for it. If anything, the cashier deserves recognition for being a model employee and kind person.

Ive had Little Ceasers at other locations so I tried it in Navarre. First, the customer service was great. The atmosphere is standard, which is fine. However, the pizza…..of a hot-n-ready? Disgusting. The pizza was was hard as if had been introducing a warmer for 8 hours. It was almost to hard to even want to bite it. In hindsight, I wish I didnt bite it. It had a strong fish taste thst made me spit it up.

I looked online and the explanation for that taste suggested that it could be due to over fermented dough or old ingredients.

Given how long this pizza must have been sitting out to make it that hard….I could believe the explanation above.

Ordered online, the pizza wasn’t even made yet by the time of scheduled pick up! The old world fanceroni is supposed to be COVERED in little pepperoni and they didn’t bother to make it right.

Horrible customer service. I prepaid and went to pick up my pizza. I opened the box to a paper-thin disc with all the toppings dumped in the middle. When I asked the employee to look at it, he blatantly refused. When I finally got him to look, he admitted they had messed the pizza up, then he just walked away. I asked him if he was ignoring me on purpose, and he said yes, because he is too busy to fix it.

They were really slammed after a school ordered 68 pizzas . They handled this with grace and dignity …and way more patience than I would have ever had . They had people who came in with attitudes , crashing out … all the above and still remained respectful. Good job guys !

We come from ohio we come down a out 3 or 4 times a year an also stop in. The cashier is the assistant manger is very friendly an nice she is youngan very personal. Wish all places would have a great person like her helping customers.Thank you for taking care of all customers.

I don’t normally do reviews but I am disappointed with my pretzel crust pizza. My first disappointed is that this is the second pizza in a row that has not been pretzel crust. We have gotten these several times since it started and now recently it’s regular crust. Last time it was regular crust with no salt this time its regular crust with salt. Very disappointing because it’s one of our favorite pizzas because of the crust. This time also there is alot of spice on my pizza, almost like jalapeños or something. Here’s a picture for reference.

Had a great experience at Little Caesars! Chris, at the register really went the extra mile! He was so great and literally lit up the restaurant when I walked in with his smile and awesome attitude!

Kiara was just as wonderful! She was super friendly and made sure everything was taken care of when it came to our pizzas being perfect! They both made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to them for making it such a good stop!
