Hey Chipotle, I’m very very angry and sorry to inform you. I just experienced the worst customer service in my life! And it wasn’t just me who had to deal with this service there were other customers complaining about this one worker. He’s a little tall guess on age (18-22), has glasses, and the worst work attitude. He carelessly wrapped my burrito, the bottom of it was barely wrapped and covered which caused it to spill out while I was eating it and me to eat it like a pig. He also noticed while he wrapped my burrito there was a big rip in the side of it and he covered it with his hand so I wouldn’t notice but I noticed before he attempted to hide it from me. This ruined my mood and didn’t want to eat it anymore but I wasn’t going to let it go to waste so I did suck up and it made me look like an absolute fool eating it.

Also he did refuse me at first as I walked up to him showing initiative that I was ready and he just said no to my face and wasn’t going to help me(he was just standing by the food looking ready to take an order). He ended up calling to his co-workers who were already doing stuff to help me.

Please take this into consideration and either retrain this man or fire.

I strongly recommend firing him immediately.

Do. Not. Go. If you value your integrity, time, and tastebuds. I love chipotle but whatever this is, ISNT chipotle. Actually one of the worst experiences of my life.
I was so excited for the bogo burrito day. Me and my friends went and a guy served us who was genuinely lost. I’ve never seen someone with entirely no soul behind their eyes. He was evil and maniacal and probably out for vengeance. He fingered my friend’s burrito, and then couldn’t gather the brain cells to wrap it so he plopped it in a bowl and called it a day. You think I’m joking I am NOT. DO NOT GO.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and received a notification that my order from Chipotle was ready. I have screenshots confirming it was marked as ready for pickup. When I arrived at the correct location, the staff told me my order was not there.

The manager acknowledged that this “happens sometimes” but instead of remaking the order or offering a solution, she told me to “deal with DoorDash” and get back in line & reorder. I ended up having to pay twice for the same meal because DoorDash initially denied the issue.

As a customer who had proof that the order was marked ready, I expected better problem-solving and customer service — especially from a manager. Very disappointing experience.

Poor service. I bought a kids’ meal for my daughter that they say doesn’t have chili peppers, but quite the opposite, it had a lot of chili peppers, and my meat dish was just pure fat. I definitely won’t be back.

I’m a frequent visitor. My steak burritos recently have been awesome! On another recent visit I decided to redeem the free entree I’d earned from past visits at lunch. First, that was a seamless experience. After redeeming my reward, I merely had to scan the provided QR code, and that free burrito (sans guacamole or other premium add-ons) was mine! As always, I enjoyed my burrito. Honestly, some of the flavors and heat came through more than I typically experience when I upgrade to guac, so I may need to switch it up more often. And then today I got free guac when I placed my order online—a nice birthday gift that saved me $2+!

I’ve reviewed this location previously. The last several times I’ve been in the store the cleanliness of the dining area has continued to show marked improvement. The other day I noticed several team members chatting at a table and I took the opportunity to mention how great the store looked. It turned out one of the people at the table was the team director (I assume that’s akin to a district manager in other businesses). I’m glad that the staff got to recurve kudos with one of their bosses present. If my previous reviews have put you off on a visit, fear not; this is a very different Chipotle!

I showed up at 11 am after shopping at Walmart. I wasn’t ordering food but getting two gift cards for christmas stockings. There was another man waiting outside the locked doors and he said the staff was ignoring him. I knocked on the door and they were clearly ignoring me as well. The store opened at 10:45 per the door but the staff had no intention of opening. This is the closet chiptole to me which is a 20 minute drive. I ended up leaving because they never opened the door. This happened 12/14/2025- I plan to put through a formal complaint for this location

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and chicken burrito. Every ingredient was fresh. I recommend adding cream cheese and guacamole in burrito. It will take the burrito to next level. Obviously, I was satisfied with my lunch. In addition, the eating area was clean.

Worst chipotle arpund. Chicken is covered in fat. My bowl has more chicken fat than chicken. The chicken is rubbery. Your guys suck and are absolutely disgusting. It is unfortunate how the service here has declined. I was excited when a chipotle had opened in town years ago but the customer service has greatly declined. The staff is very rude and argumentative with customers. I kindly asked for a side cup of extra rice for the bowl below that was supposed to have extra rice and chicken, neither which are present in the picture below. I thought it would be easier to ask for that rather than asking for it be remade. Despite nicely asking, I was met with combative rudeness.

I think it’s time for a qdoba to open here. They tend to have significantly better customer service.
