Stopped in for a slice before a show at the Paper Mill. The place is small but clean and seating is well placed. Service is excellent with everyone being very attentive. The pizza was amazing! Best tasting pizza that we have ever had. Absolutely recommend this place.

Exceptional pizza. I ordered the “Original Wood Fired Tomato Pie.” Crust is superb, thin and soft, yet with slight char. Sauce and cheese were fresh. A unique and well above-average taste. There are 14 varieties of pizza, plus a full pasta menu. Small but comfortable dining area, with pleasant music. Friendly and unpretentious service. Located downtown Millburn, New Jersey. Highly recommended.

Man what can I say about this place. Carlos and Kylie hooked me up today! Friendly atmosphere beautiful day great customer service. I had the Pesto Pizza as you can see by the pictures, it was phenomenal. I’m looking forward to going back and have just finished up a 12 mile hike at South Mountain Reservation. They give you really large servings with the pasta dishes I’ve had quite a few things over the years. Come down and try it won’t be disappointed.

Hands down one of my favorite pizzas in NJ.
I love everything about Fiamma. Casual & pleasant atmosphere, great service, BYOB and the pizza is PHENOMENAL. I’ve been here in several occasions and the food is consistently good! First time seeing a Pizza Bowl Gnocchi .
I recommend Fiamma for dinner before catching a show at PaperMill Playhouse (that’s what I always do )

The service was exceptional, above and beyond our expectations. We chose to sit outside, not anticipating such excellent treatment, but they made sure we didn’t have to wait for anything. They constantly checked to ensure we were enjoying our meal and that we could have anything we wanted. The food exceeded my expectations; the Eggplant Parmigiana was delightfully crispy, and the marinara sauce was pretty good too. My friend ordered a goat cheese and pear salad, and they really enjoyed it as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely go again. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

All the attention went to the to go orders.
The only waiter was at the register and on the phone taking care of the very busy to go orders.
Pizza boxes were stacked everywhere.
We have eaten of fiamma quite a few times. We usually order the delicious pizza
And are never disappointed.
We went last night and decided to get the pollo Parmesan. There were two other tables that were finishing up their dinner:
We sat for at least 15 minutes before anyone took our order.
We were just about to get up and leave when the waiter finally came over.
The food was a disappointing 6 and we had to ask for our bread as well.
If you want a nice relaxing dinner with good food go elsewhere on a Saturday night.

If you like soft raw dough tasting pizza this is your spot. Ordered a Margherita pie and when it came to the table it actually looked good. Crispy crusty edges and good looking cheese spread. The under carriage was soft and pale. One bite and dough tasted raw uncooked. We mentioned the issue to the waiter and without hesitation he took the pie and said they’d make another one. Their second attempt was a bit better in that it didn’t taste raw but was still soft and lacked any crispiness. Honestly I think Dominoes could taste better.

Hunting the Best Pizza in Essex County NJ on the Pizza Hunters App with Speed by Chuck Mound. This place came highly recommended by a few different sources. Really like the awning and the overall branding. I did not like the lack of interaction upon walking in the Pizzeria. Was not welcoming at all. Just interested in taking you order and money. Which brings me to Value. A small 12 inch Pizza was almost $15. Very little Sauce and Cheese. The Pizza itself was all about the Crust. The Pizza was not firm. It was tasty, but would not put it as the top in a Pizza Category. Was expecting so much more for a place that touts themselves as one of the Best in the State. Disapointed.

We we decided to try their lunch special, and we were blown away by the value for money. The portions were so generous, we were almost full just looking at the size of the food!
The atmosphere at fiamma was also really nice. It had a cozy, rustic vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, and overall, it was just a really great dining experience.
I think it’s safe to say that fiamma has earned a couple of new regulars. We’ll definitely be back for more of their delicious pizzas!
