I’m really frustrated with the attitudes of some of the employees at this location. I work in a customer-focused field myself, and if I acted the way some of your staff do, I wouldn’t have a job. It’s incredibly disappointing to have my day and mood ruined just trying to get my usual refresher. I truly wish I could find a better alternative, because I enjoy your drinks — but the experience has been consistently unpleasant.

Good place to stop by in the morning. Staff is cheerful and happy it’s just what I need in the morning. And I love those strawberry overnight grains. I never had anything similar anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place. Light roast coffee is amazing too. Thanks Starbucks.

Whoever the older gentleman that is working the drive through on 11-7 at 12:20 was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. Move him to the back and have someone more pleasant interacting with the customers !

Caught the worker at the window saying, “the ones who order matcha are always the biggest haters” to her coworker today after I had to clarify twice what my matcha should have over the speaker. I didn’t yell. I clarified by spelling the word oat since I kept being misheard (oat and foam sound similar). I don’t mind clarifying or spelling things out in a calm manner. I don’t think being called a hater was warranted in this situation. Most employees at any business trash talk customers. But can you do it after I drive off instead of to my face as the window opens? Thanks.

I went to Starbucks Tuesday with a friend and I tried the nitro cold brew. I really liked it. It wasn’t too strong didn’t have a bitter or bad aftertaste. I had it with the sweet cream. I will definitely have this again. The staff was really nice and genuine. The perfect spot for a relaxing cup of coffee.

I went to the drive thru a s have never experienced a more lackluster service from a Starbucks. The guy didn’t acknowledge me when I drove to the window. I asked to redeem my points and he failed to again acknowledge me or my request, he just scanned my app and handed me my drink. Extremely rude staff.

Ordered a cold drink that is no longer “on their menu” but was told they could still make it..”great” I say….Strawberry Acai …..Not enough ice to make it “slushy” and no Strawberries in drink or strawberry drizzle on inside of the cup….did not taste like it did at a different Starbucks location..YUCK :(. Won’t return to this Mundelein location.
