Quite literally the best Indian food we’ve had in our entire lives. We went in only a bit hungry, but ended up finishing our entire plates when we tasted the INCREDIBLE flavors. High recommend the coconut curry chicken, lamb biryani, and garlic naan. They are filled with immense flavor. You can tell everything is freshly made and that the staff take great care of their guests. We plan on making this place a family tradition each and every time we are in Steamboat Springs. You NEED to try this place!!

I love Saffron so much I ate there twice this week. Once for dinner and once for the lunch buffet! The owners and staff are so kind and always take great care of us. The food is healthy and delicious…we adore Indian and Nepalese food and this is truly some of the best we’ve ever had. My go-to favorites are the palaak paneer and the chicken korma. Their garlic naan is so fresh, garlicky and delicious! I can’t wait to go back and I’m sure it won’t be long.

a great little Nepali restaurant with friendly servers who run the place like a family. the food is decent for being far from any Nepali or Indian community. I’m a fan of their their coconut curry and my wife likes their sag paneer. I’m very disappointed that they use styrofoam takeout containers though.

Awesome food, highly recommend you stop by here for dinner! Samosa were big and really tasty! Veggie korma was incredible, you can add meat if you want. Garlic naan was really good as well!

We have always loved the food! . I Wanted to share an awesome experience. We ordered chicken tikka masala mild through door dash. The dish came very spicy and we called the restaurant. We expected maybe a credit, instead someone from the restaurant delivered us a brand new dish that was great. Amazing!!! Thank u.

Veggie samosa were HUGE and tasty. Got the veggie korma and butter chicken at medium heat and both were so good that we made sure to have leftovers. Will come back any time in town!

Everything we had was excellent: momos, garlic naan, daal makni, lamb kabob, chicken tikka masala, raita. Service was also excellent/fast and everyone was very friendly. This is the perfect option for a meal any time but especially cozy after a full day of skiing. Highly recommend this spot!
