Kept Secret In SW. Off the beaten path of the route 5 corridor. The happy hour discounts on the apps is great. The quesadilla with chicken upgrade was chocked full of meat and goodies. The draft beer selection is great and the Mayflower New World IPA is stellar. Rebecca is a great server and did the most important follow-up which is lost on most others.

It was difficult to figure out how to order, I ended up ordering food at the bar. It took 50 mins for food to come to the table, long enough that the friends I was there with ate their meals and left me sitting there alone. The food that came out was cold and soggy. Then a waiter leaned on my table, with his butt right in my face, to have a shouted conversation with the table beside mine. He scooted the table into me as I was trying to eat. The restaurant was playing music so loud that he couldn’t hear me trying to get his attention, and I couldn’t get out of the bench because he was standing in the way, so I just had to wait for him to be done. It was really uncomfortable all-around, and I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

Terrible experience today. You seat yourself and then although there was only one other table , it took 15 mins to get acknowledged. It took another 10 to get drinks and order. When they brought it out they brought 1 appetizer and 3 of 6 meals. We had a second server after that even though our waitress was still there. Mind you there was still only one table. The second server asked if we were all set when food was brought to us and we told him we were missing an appetizer and 3 meals. He apologized and said he just got there. They brought us the wrong drink refills as well. They included and 18% gratuity charge in my bill and when I was paying still expect another tip on top. Food was subpar very similar to fast food quality . With service this terrible with an empty restaurant I can only imagine what it’s like busy. I do not recommend this place at all. Next time we visit nomads , I’ll just use the snack bar. Food is just as good and service is quicker and cheaper.

Went there very recently,the band was great. Service was horrible. Takes at least 15-20 minutes to get a drink or soda. Your food forget it. Went to the bar to get a pitcher of beer and the bartender turned her back and walked away. She looked like she was high on something. She reminded me of a pill freak. Money all over the bar and moving slow as hell. I would highly recommend employee drug testing. Was not very happy at all

Don’t waste your time, you will be dead before you ever get your food. Then once you get it you might as well feed it to the dogs. Waited 40 minutes for chicken tenders and even my 6 yr old said no thanks. They need to get their kitchen in order if they want to be serving actual edible food. Was such a complete waste. Not even free beer would make up for this experience.

Terrible experience. Food is sub par and service is even worse. I was there with a party of six, it took over 20 mins before I got up and asked if we had a server before someone came over. The bartenders are more interested in socializing than serving drinks and rude when you are acknowledged and on a Saturday night all I saw was one server. We ordered apps and meals and the apps came out pretty quick and were ok. The meals however came out in waves after an hour and 5 of the 6 of us got food. I was told my meal would be another 3 mins and when I did get food it was an app we had already received! I finally got my meal after speaking with a “manager” and expressing my dissatisfaction with the place. I asked for a take home container with the food as everyone else in my party was done. The manager did take off all of our drinks and 2 of the meals which was a good move on her part and was appreciated. Do yourself a favor and stay away unless you want really poor service and lackluster food.

I was hesitant before going based on the current review’s but, they seemed to have fixed their employee problem because we had a pretty good experience.
The waiter we had, who as we overheard, wasn’t really hired for wait staff but did a very sufficient job. Considering there was a large party in the restaurant right before we sat down, we did not have to wait long to get anything we had ordered. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out without forks and knives, but our waiter was immediately behind him and brought them. When I asked for mustard and ketchup, it also was promptly brought over. Which is great, that I wasn’t waiting for something I wanted to put on my meal.
The food was fantastic! I had the Cubano burger and my girlfriend had the mac’n’cheese with pulled pork. At first it didn’t seem like much, for a meal that’s mac’n’cheese, but was very filling. And they put caramelized onions in it, per her request, even though I don’t remember seeing them on the menu. The burger was great. If you haven’t had cubano burgersandwich you really should, the ingredients are fantastic put together. They have fried dough, that’s all that needs to be said!
I would have given them 5 stars but, there was not napkins, saltpepper, forksknives on our table, or any table for that matter, until after we got our food. Also, the table was sticky, not necessarily dirty but sticky and that just bothers me, personaly.
