The food was delicious I ordered the Peruvian ceviche and was not disappointed! My friend ordered a pasta with steak and that was very good as well. Not only was the staff friendly but the owner gave us a tour since the place is fairly new. My friend and I felt like VIP. The owner was so kind he gave us a flan on the house. I will be coming back!!!!

First, cocktails are incredible. They aren’t overly sweet and taste fresh. Impressed. Food was great. Loved everything. Refried beans tasted so good and fresh. Lots of flavor, good portions. The most amazing thing is their kitchen stays open till midnight. The bar closes at 1:30. This is the only place in Longmont. You can eat this late which I love being a midwesterner. It’s new, so word isn’t out yet, but I am loving the late hours and great cocktails.

My photos don’t do justice to the flavors, but pictured are the ají de gallina and the pasta a la huancaína con lomo–both very tasty. Also enjoyed some cócteles, including a remarkable pisco sour made with chicha morada. Will definitely be back!

We are a couple of Colombians who went looking for typical food and we found a spectacular restaurant in every sense of the word; the beautiful facilities, the super nice atmosphere, super clean, excellent customer service and delicious food, I was very happy to find a place like this, also has a bar with music groups, a great dance floor and a lovely atmosphere, I super recommend 100%, a unique place in Longmont! Don’t let the strip mall exterior fool you; Yisel’s is very attractive inside. The decor is warm and inviting. Service was welcoming and helpful. Food was great! Lots of options, well seasoned and perfectly prepared. We had several appetizers and the meals consisted of beef, chicken and seafood. Everyone loved what they got. We will definitely be back!

Some of the best ceviche I’ve had outside of South America. Very spicy and flavorful. All of the other dishes for the table were great. The server was attentive even with a crowded dining room. The place is decorated nicely and has good-sized tvs. Our only issue was with the check at the end of service. It seems like bottled beers might be a little highly priced because the total was more than we anticipated. Anyway, it’s a good spot and I’d recommend it.

Hands down the best enchiladas I have ever had! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Since they aren’t a corporate chain restaurant, there are some growing pains (they ran out of empanadas) and the menu is pages and pages long. But every person in our group of 10 was very happy with what they ordered. We will definitely add this restaurant to one of our local favorites!

SO ODD!!!! 4 of us went on a Friday night at 6:15 PM excited to try this new Restaurant. The server was very friendly. That is the one thing that felt right here. The place was almost empty. The food was served lukewarm (almost cold) for all 4 of our different dishes! The flavors were lackluster as well. It may be the worst dining experience I have had in Longmont. I feel sorry for this place and hope for future diners that our experience might have been a sorry fluke because all the chefs were out sick that night or maybe they were under a spell!
I hope they wake up so that the friendly waiter has a job in the near future! SORRY Yisel for this review but it really was a shocker!
