I visited the Yazoo City, MS location. Rosie was the cashier in the drive through window. She was friendly, professional, and had great customer service. The food was hot and delicious. Best of all, my order was accurate!!!

I visited the Jack’ store in Yazoo City today, 11/17/2025 the Services was awful there were 6 Customer standing in front of the register waiting to place an order when I walked in the one Cashier that was present at the time was walking back and forward talking to the employees in the kitchen instead if taking our order I don’t know how long they had been standing there before I walked in but I stood against the wall waited for at least 30 minutes before another Cashuer came up to the register and started the line moving. Then I waited another 10 minutes before the employee started preparing my order then She tell Me we don’t have any Chicken Drumsticks we only have Chicken Wings and Chicken Breast so I chose a Chicken Breast and a Wing. both the Cashier Teresa and the other employee were looking all confused, nonchalant and not communicating with one another appears to have an attitude with one another The 1 employee that was preparing our orders started screaming at another employee in the kitchen and stated outloud” I am tired of yall, these people are making me sick. and when my name was finally called to get my order it was a total of 30 to 50 minutes wait. and my food was just put on the counter with a non caring attitude so I went to my vechile and decided to open the bag up the cream potatoes has ran over out the container the bag was nasty and wrinkle, the Chicken Breast was put in another bag it was just mashed down the Chicken Wing and Biscuit was put in a small black flat container and my Green Beans was not in the bag with the other food, so goes back inside as I was approaching the counter the 1 employee that prepared the order handled The Cashier Teressa the container with the Green Beans and didn’t say I am sorry about the inconvenience or nothing just had a nasty attitude, and when I said to The Cashier/ Shift Manager that this was the 3rd time/ visit to this Jack’s location that You all have just threw my order and not gotten it correct and with a nasty attitude. She replied to Me ” Who is Yall” with a nasty attitude then I replied to her “All of yall that working here yall are only concerned about Quanity how many sale and how much money can be made off the Customers. and Quality of the work and the Staff attitude is below STANDARD. Therefore to Cooperate I want you to know that Jack” located in Yazoo City, MS has been open less than 30 days. the services has gotten awful. I feel I’ll just take my money and go somewhere else where there is better services, and (QUALITY) is Priority. Therefore I give you a 00.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have a Jack’s in our town and love it so we stopped here in Yazoo city. I have never in my life seen such intentional disregard for customer service. We were there for what seemed like an eternity while employees walked around talking amongst themselves. There was no sense of urgency and there was one employee literally standing behind the grill looking at the customers….just looking, not doing anything. There are people standing everywhere. The napkin dispenser was empty. The trash cans were overflowing. I couldn’t even get anyone to refill my drink. The cashier was too busy chitchatting or flirting with some guy at the counter. I’m appalled. I’ve managed before and there was absolutely no excuse.

Good food, but just as it is with so many other places in Yazoo city the service was awful. Which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere due to the group of upset and aggravated customers waiting at the counter.

I had $25 on a gift card. When I scanned it to pay it only paid .8 cents. Yes I made sure how much was on the card before I walked in. I still had to pay cash for my order. I won’t be back.
