I’m really disappointed with this order. The advertised picture shows fries and chicken loaded with sauce, cheese, and toppings — but what I received looked nothing like that. My chicken wasn’t tossed in buffalo sauce as requested, and there was barely any cheese on the fries at all.
For the price, I expected something close to what was promoted, but this was honestly pretty underwhelming and definitely not worth the cost. The portion, presentation, and toppings didn’t match the ad in any way.
We’ve also reached out to the company about our experience and haven’t received any response, which just adds to the frustration.

I ate here for the first time while working in the area. Upon entering the building, the restaurant was very clean and staff seemed very friendly. I ordered the tender meal which comes fries and a drink. My food was hot, came out fast, and tasted good for the most part. No complaints really

I got the chicken biscuit combo. When I unwrap the sandwich, the fried chicken was so small, I was shocked. I decided to take it home and weigh it. It weighed slightly over 1 ounce with most of that being crust. Not coming back. With a Chick-fil-A being built 100 foot away, this store has only a few days left

About 4 times a week I order the salad #8 , by most part the salad is great. Occasionally as today I should have checked my order. no crackers, plastic knife and fork, and container about half full of lettuce which I expected for 10 dollars should be more. I voiced my concern last week at the drive up window and hoped it would be passed on .

This restaurant is a home run. It is in a convenient location, value for your money, variety and high quality food that is better than expected. The food is flavorful, the service is fast and friendly, I ate there twice this week and I will be back again. You go in expecting fast food and what you get may be fast but it is high quality. You have to try the gooey fries with cheese and bacon. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Wings were ok, but the fries were undercooked and raw, disgusting. Actually the wings were not thoroughly cooked as well. Very good food! The chicken was crispy, the fries were salty, the bread was soft and buttery. I got the honey BBQ sauce and it was sweeter than other honey BBQ sauces, which I really liked.

First time trying Wingfingers while in Fairhope visiting my granddaughters. Very delicious chicken fingers either fried or grilled. Moist not dry and season just right. Will be visiting again.
