I usually never complain about customer service or food quality (it is a subway after all) I have also worked food industry and know how stressful and annoying it can be but my girlfriend and I have gone here quite a bit and time after time our specifications are continuously getting ignored. The customer service is very slow, unfriendly, and ALWAYS gets mine, my girlfriends, or both of our order wrong! We mostly order online and are very clear on what the order should be, but some how it gets completely ignored!! The last visit we had was the most disappointing. We get completely opposite sandwiches and someone was using the same dirty knife from my sandwich and got the sauce inside my girlfriends sandwich. At lease wipe it off first! I don’t know if it is management or just the staff but something needs to change before a serious cross contamination incident happens and someone sues!!!

I hadn’t had a Subway sandwich in years but since this was close to where I was headed, I thought I’d try it. What a huge disappointment! Hardly any meat on the three sandwiches that I ordered. The pop machine was broken and the guy taking the order didn’t speak loud enough to hear. You’re so far behind the quality of Jimmy John’s or Quiznos it’s unbelievable. Now I know not to ever return.

For the first time in a very long time, I had a phenomenal sandwich from Subway. It had seemed that the nostalgia for the chain was gone and the food had become bland. But then I came to this location. The person handing the store offered a suggestion to another customer and it sounded good, so I asked for the same. It was essentially a BMT with marinara and toasted with some veggies. Best sub I’ve had in years due to the recommendation of this sandwich master. Get her a raise ASAP!

To order a sandwich at subway now it could take a while. People are now making orders by phone and it keeps subway workers busy. If you think they are going to stop making phone orders sandwiches because you showed up, think again. It is a first come (or first call) serve basis. You may end up waiting a while to order. So I suggest patience. In my last visit I waited about 8 minutes before the one and only worker made my sandwich. I usually tip but this time I didn’t because of the long wait.

Overall the sandwiches are still good. I will go back and order in person because it is convenient and I like to see the vegetables before I ask to have them included in my sandwich.

Easily the worst subway around. 3x wrong order. My fault for going back but ordering online should be simple but evidently they can’t handle it. Toss in the last time lettuce all brown, tomato’s in jelly form etc. Overall just garbage.

This place is a disaster. I placed an online order for my girls 45 minutes prior to getting to the store (coming from work) and my sub’s still weren’t ready. I come in and ask where my order is and the guy says he forgot and it will be 20 minutes for more meatballs, meanwhile he’s making 4 meatball sub’s in front of me. I just demanded a refund and left, I will never go back. Better sub’s up the street anyway.

Walked in an hour before closing to order some subaroonies. The ginger man who was closing on the night of 2/23/2024 was beyond standoffish. Very aggressive. When I was ordering, I asked for no mayo, so he goes ahead and puts HELA mayo on my sandwich. Thanks! Then once I’m done ordering and he is ringing up my order, he refuses to place the sandwich next to me and makes me reach over the counter where he is standing to grab my sandwich. I get it, working at subway is not fun, but this felt a little personal.

I will never eat here again. My family and I, along with my sister’s family were driving through town and we decided to grab a late lunch on our way through. We decided on subway and when we came in the 2 guys working there acted frustrated and upset that we all came in at once. They told 2 of our kids that we needed to give 24hr advanced notice for catering next time. Really?? We can’t come in for lunch without advanced planning?!? One of the guys got upset that we were paying altogether and kept acting rude. Then they cheered once they were done with our group and acted like they were so happy to be serving the ‘real’ customers when they got to the people that were in line behind us. I asked them if we should have chosen a different place for lunch next time and they acted like they had done us a huge favor by making our sandwhiches (even though that is their job and what kind of a business they are in) and that we should have been thrilled. Then the guy told us he didn’t want to argue because we asked why they didn’t want our business and kept telling us to have a good day in a very patronizing type of way over and over. Not cool.

Service is what matters most at Subway as the product is generally consistent if you’re also receiving good service. This place has that! Anytime the bread is to flat they grab another make it as picture perfect as possible. They’re always ok with me getting my sandwich double toasted. Highly recommend.

I brought my step daughter in tonight to order some dinner. Despite the long line, & a customer making a large order for indecisive friends while on his cell phone, the sole sandwich artist (Manda) handled herself very well with zero help. She busted her butt, working quickly & efficiently and not one bit slacking on her responsibilities all while composing herself professionally. It impressed me just enough to encourage her & tell her she’s appreciated & even give this Subway a review. Kudos to Manda!
