My partner and I attempted to enjoy some chicken quesadillas for lunch over the weekend, instead we were met with violent food poisoning. VIOLENT. It was the sickest I have been in my adult life. I just had a child and labor was more bearable than the pain I was stricken with for 24 hours. I will never step foot in a Chipotle again. I am reaching out to the DOH to inspect their food preparation / storage standards.

This is the only chipotle in the area that is actually clean and you can sit in without having to worry about dirty floors or tables.
Other chipotles are intimating that you run into bunch of food and stuff on the table, chairs and the floor including inside the counter. I like chipotle in general, but if the place is dirty, then you may think what else can be wrong too?
It may be chipotle culture to be under staffed during busy hours to keep going and ignore the cleanliness.

This location really sucks sometimes but is great other times, I have eaten at corporate locations and franchise location. The meat is sometimes over cooked and dry, they skimp on queso and if you ask for more they charge you for double but at corporate locations ends up being a single serving. This location also has a problem with online orders. I ordered the same thing every time and sometimes I get a full bowl and sometimes it’s a half even though I order extra rice.

I went to Chipotle for my very first time,in pittsford ny,Kenny was behind the counter,he was very patient with me,while he explained to me how to make a bowl,he was so great,and the portions were huge, and food excellent,and the price was good,I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed with the chipotle at this location. I went earlier today and grabbed a bowl and as i was eating, i found a small piece of ROCK/STONE that stabbed into my tooth. Clearly it’s either the veggies are not being throughly washed or whatever it is. Its just disappointing to have a experience like this at chipotle.

My oldest daughter and I choose to eat here instead of a different chipotle closer to her house. Big mistake, and we’ll never eat at this specific chipotle ever again. We did the mobile order before arriving, which was completed by 6:05, letting us know that our order will be ready by 6:20. 6:20 arrived and nothing. After waiting at least 15 more minutes, we asked where our meal was. They hadn’t even started it yet. And when they did, I was so disappointed in what my daughter received. My burrito bowl looked like it always does. However, my daughters burrito bowl was the one in the picture. Are you kidding me? That’s half a kids meal, and my daughter is not 6 years old anymore. I barely ate any of my meal. Completely lost my appetite.

I ordered a quesadilla for pickup using their app with sides of green chile salsa, sour cream, and black beans. After I got home from picking it up, I opened the bag & found just the quesadilla with no sides, not even in the normal quesadilla tray. Luckily, I had some salsa & sour cream in the fridge, both because I really didn’t feel like going back out and because the quesadilla was really dry and definitely needed something to dip it into. I went back on the app & used their online assistant to alert them to the mistake, and they offered me a free beverage as compensation. I would have preferred a free replacement quesadilla, but I accepted. I will probably go back, at least to get my free drink, but I’ll be sure to double-check my order before I go home.
