We ate lunch there on our way to Apache Junction from Texas. The food was good and service was great. It is a cute little restaurant in a farming, ranching town settled in the 1870’s. Most likely due to the railroad and G I la River Balley, which now provides water for irrigation. Right across from the restaurant is a lovely city Park. There is a fountain, and huge old sycamore and pecan trees.
It is completely fenced, and provides clean-up bags for dog poop. PLEASE, clean up after your pet.
The rest toom has not been serviced and didn’t have TP or hand soap, so be prepared. It is an old structure, too.
Old towns in the west are interesting to look at, imagine the history, and see how they are dealing with life today.

We (a group of 9) stopped to eat here and I got a club sandwich. It was REALLY good. Pretty quiet, nice bathrooms, interesting plants. There’s a salad bar too. Our waiter was very nice. There’s a nice park right across the street with a fountain.

Unfortunately this was the second time we had eaten here and this time was absolutely horrible. We ordered shrimp dinner and shrimp taco dinner and appetizer platter . Picked it up for it home shrimp fried to a black crisp dry hard as a rock m everything on the platter was burnt black shrimp tacos , shrimp was spoiled .took a bite of beans spoiled rice was hard and several days old ,salad bar was dirty and salad dressing all dried up on top layer and hot . Tried calling and the phone had been taken off the hook .ended up having to drive back .the lady was very nice did give us are money back . Bottom line they knew it was all bad and sent it out the door anyway . So that tells you the ethics and morals of the place they knew and did it anyway and didn’t think we would bring back. The very first take out order was hamburgers that we threw away burnt and disgusting we went back and had a worse experience. Never again what is sad is it’s a very small town and really the only place to eat out so they served spoiled , burnt food as if we are the only thing in town so you will take it attitude. We will drive to safford and get a nice dinner and know we will get good fresh food .also know the electric had been out the day and night before for over 16 hours so was everything spoiled and still being served .
Well well look at your response as a owner what a response and shows others reading your response just what you really are and about mare you sure you have the right customer? Cause we arrived and had to wait five plus mins for are order to be finished . You claim you the good was fine . Burnt black food good . The rice is in clumps it’s so old . But you okay it your way mm pictures are now posted for all to see….. My guess you has a couple other customer upset there was never a fit . Brought the food back in got my 66 dollars back and left lady was nice and apologized for the food and never was a bad word exchanged . The refrigerator outside I guess should have told the story .. I’m very thankful for your respouits shows what you are and what your restaurant is about. No apologies just more slander and black burning lash out . Don’t worry we will never come to that place again but also will help others see what you are really about . Curious your response was very angry and lies is that because you got caught ? I’m thinking so m pictures don’t lie !!!!!

The Ranch House is an absolute gem!!
We stopped on our way from Houston to Phoenix.
The decor is the first thing to make an impression, .. it’s so charming and old west .. it’s absolutely perfect!
The second impression is from our waitress Mackenzie. She is so warm and comfortable, and welcoming.
Great service too.
The last thing we loved was the food, .. I had the burrito, .. and my wife had the hamburger with curly fries.
Yummy !!
Really good .. but maybe it was just the combination of the food, the decor and the outstanding service.
When we come though again, it’s definitely the place we will stop for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Stopped Sunday afternoon for a quick bite while on a ride. The pulled pork special sign in front made us stop. TOTALLY worth it. Friendly fast service. Delicious sandwich & fries. Will definitely visit again on our next ride. Lots of takeout pickups from locals even though the dining room only had a couple of tables occupied. No regrets.

Food was great, I’m not sure why people were scoffing at thier bill, I had the special for a reasonable price. Food came out hot and fast. This place was squeaky clean too to bottom back to front. Service was so great that I gave a 20 dollar tip( I’m guessing the scoffers didn’t tip well) a and the waitress Makenna was a delight and earned every bit of it. This place has a very comfortable cozy small town friendly vibe and the entire expieriance was wonderful. Thanks Makenna you are awesome and tell the cook thank you too.

I have drove past this place over the years and decided to stop in this time. Best decision i could of made. its a nice cosy ranch setting it was like a little escape from the busyness of the world. My waitress Mckehnzie was awesome. She would check on me just enough. And keep my drink full. I got the sirloin cook medium rare seasoning was just enough we i could tast the meat the sides were Broccoli and mashed potatoes ( i prefer the contry gravy) i got both just to see which one I liked. The broccoli was steemed just enough to still be crunchy i think I would have them put it on the grill for a min just to add a little char to it. I will definitely be stopping here some more to try the rest of the menu.

Stop in for a Sunday lunch. Had the Ranch House Burger, American cheese, onion rings with side of tots. Comes with a side of their home made Ranch House secret sauce. It’s on the sweet side. Yummy! The staff is very friendly.
