I generally like Hungry Howies, but I had a dreadful experience with my last several meals. I like their crustless pizzas, but on both occasions they delivered two burned pizzas with crusts. I paid more than twenty dollars each to have them delivered, but could not find a place to register my complaints on their web app.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza with ranch flavored crust. Picked up pizza at 1015pm. After getting home & started to eat realized their was no flavor on the crust. Called next day due to store hours. Was told that flavored crust was a free option & at the end of the night they clean the bottles so it’s unavailable. Seriously this was said to me. If this was strangely the case why not mention it to me when ordering? Spoke to manager Vicky & was offered a free soda. I explained to her I still have the uneaten pizza minus 1 slice & would like it remade. She refused saying because it was the next day she could only offer a free soda. Just fortunate theirs a Marco’s, Dominos, Freddy’s & another pizza place just as close by because this place is horrible. They use to be 5 stars

I work at the dispensary down the road and this place is the only pizza spot that delivers in under 35 mins. Carlos who works there is always cheerful and friendly and always shows us such compassion when he helps us. If I could give this spot 6 stars I would! The food is always here too!!!!!!!!

I visited the Hungry Howie’s on 301 in Riverview. Despite all the problematic traffic issues and construction around their restaurant, they were worth the bit of hassle in navigating in and out of the drive-thru. The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices won’t break the bank! This is hands-down my favorite HH location!
