First and last time at this location. The individual with the tattoos on her neck is rude and has poor customer service. I felt rushed to order and I was not asked if I wanted chips or a drink. I ordered a #16 which came to 11.40, no chips or drink just a sandwich? Never again.

Came in and had lunch with my wife, ordered two sandwiches, sat down to eat and my wife looks in her sandwich and finds a big meaty piece of hair in it. We let the manager Clint know about it and he has the sandwich re-made. However, all the workers had hats on except one gentleman, and he has dreads that are shoulder length. No hat, no hair net, no nothing. This is the same worker who made our sandwiches. Clint tells him he needs to have a hat on and the worker takes his little visor hat that doesn’t even fit around all his hair and plops it on top of his head ‍♂️. The manager then approaches me and gives me a $2 off coupon on my next sandwich . I don’t really see that as a $2 mistake, but hey whatever. Maybe it’s just a lapse of judgement on the managers end, but clearly the issue wasn’t solved by plopping a visor on his head; have him wear a HAIR NET. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.

Loving My Mom
I sent my daughter to purchase me a sandwich came up to $13 and some change that is way too expensive for the bread to be hard and chewy. I called to make the manager aware of this. She informed me that the bread was fresh and made today. It does not matter when it’s made if it’s not made right. I literally had to replace the bread on the sandwich in order to make it edible! This location, lacks consistency!

I ordered a sandwich and the chicken salad looked different from what it normally look like. I called back and let the guy know it tasted funny he said bring it back and ill leave your name and they will make you a different sandwich. I brought the sandwich back and this guy with dreads going to tell me mam we dont even have chicken salde at this location . Sir ! Im showing you the sandwich and the receipt on my mobile app!!! He kept arguing with me and finally the guy that was cutting the meat said we do make chicken salad. Then he goes and says its not a big deal we can give you another sandwich. Sir I already had paid you not giving me anything.

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly, they all greet you once you walk in. They make sure that your food is exactly what you want. They even then thank you for coming in. The ingredients they use are top notch. Everything tastes fresh. The restaurant is always clean too. Probably one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time.

I have never experienced a more incompetent staff in my life. I order from uber eats and every single time they get the bread wrong. My selection is in writing on the order they receive. It’s absolutely absurd.

If you value your time &money avoid this Jersey Mike’s location!! There is an ongoing problem here(see other reviews as well). Management needs to get involved. My second visit in the past month and the customer service is nonexistent. First try, I walk in and there are no employees in sight. I stood around for a few minutes then called out for assistance. Two young female employees emerged (visibly startled) from the back of the store. Whats going on here?

Then, my second visit, similar to the 1st, I find employees joking and talking with each other instead of prepping orders or doing business. Since when is socializing a priority over getting customer’s orders ready in a timely matter? Paying customers should not have to waste excess time waiting around so employees can have playtime. Never again!

We had an awful experience at this location recently. I ordered online for pickup because we have a baby and that is what’s convenient for us. I ordered a tuna sub, when my husband got there he was informed they didn’t have tuna. Okay cool but why would I be able to order something unavailable? I then ordered in place of the tuna was a turkey sub but since I had paid for bacon on my tuna sub I wanted it on the turkey one. Well they then ran out of bacon, so then my husband went to the grocery store next door and purchased bacon and cooked it himself. They also apparently didn’t have mayo only packets of mayo so I then had to put the mayo on my sandwich as well. My sandwich looked pitiful and thrown together. I called the location for a refund and talked to a girl and she then placed me on hold to then tell me they would call me back, they didn’t. I reached out to corporate and they escalated it and said the location would contact me, they didn’t. So I paid around $13-$14 for a sloppy sandwich missing ingredients and not what I originally wanted from a company that talks about providing high quality subs and exceptional customer service. All I want is my money back for what I paid for my sandwich. Not just the bacon. I won’t be back to this location.

Just left there and ordered a giant 56. Waited well over 35 minutes to get sandwich. Absolutely not one of my add ons I requested was on the sandwich..mustard, mayo, banana peppers, vinegar, lettuce…I’m very disappointed.

We came in when Publix messed up our order. It was fairly late but the 2 young men got us our order in no time at all. Very friendly fast and the sandwiches were delicious. We are new loyal customers.
