I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt with extra chicken. I paid an extra $1.50 for the chicken. I opened it up at the window and it had 4/5 little pieces of chicken. I said this was suppose to have extra chicken and he said that is extra chicken. I said 4/5 little pieces of chicken is EXTRA. Then he asked someone did you put extra chicken on it, they of course said yes. I told them they were ridiculous and drove away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

Ordered one of the crispy chicken tacos at lunch (minus the avocado) and got a very great taco! lettuce, tomato, cheese, a week or so later I ordered the same thing for dinner, got two pieces of dry chicken in a tortilla. Nothing else FOR 5 DOLLARS. Didn’t turn around as I was already home. Don’t go here for dinner. Clearly they have no idea what they’re doing.

I asked for a Pepsi they gave me a diet instead and they also put lettuce on my soft taco when o asked for none(I’m allergic to lettuce) I tried to call and let them know (they are not busy i literally just left from there) and no one would answer… the customer service there sucks even during the day it’s getting ridiculous I’m about to never come back and I’m there almost every other day

As someone who is, and has been, an Assistant Manager of major corporations, I find this place unacceptable. I came inside to pick up my order and was not acknowledged, even though the store was very slow. I had to announce that I had an order to no one in particular before I was noticed—and I was met with attitude.
The employee handling the drive-thru and walk-in orders was sitting on a rolling chair, using her phone, smoking a vape, and wearing her hood up. This is completely unprofessional. What would the CEO of Taco Bell think if they came in for a walkthrough? What would upper management think about employees discussing the store failing its audit, whether for this quarter or any other?
I believe the store manager needs to seriously reconsider the people they’ve hired and the influence these employees have on the store’s operations and reputation.

Come on now………I know it is fast food in all but please, prepare the food the same way you would want it to receive it. I’m in the food industry, have been for more than half of my life, and slapping it together like you hate your job is wrong.

Me and my mother went in today at the hanceville location, we were deciding what we were going to eat and the employees were looking at us and they were not busy . After we tried for 15 minutes to get someone to take our order we just left. There was nobody in the drive thru and they just watched us like we were crazy. Bad service and disrespectful staff.
