Unsure if it’s still same owner back when it was Dona Tina’s, but food seems different. Baladas are HUGE, & I’m not Honduran but I don’t think they’re suppose to be like that, and the meat was a bit chewy. Definitely lost its flavor.

The previous owner made everything fresh. The new owner lacks quality, the food tasted oily and and the meat tasted and smelled old – they added a ton of spices to hide the lack of freshness.

Im only catracha by marriage but mi suegra taught me baleadas…. And these are the real deal! They remind me of Honduras and are the closest thing to las baleadas de mi suegra that I’ve ever found outside of Yoro! And the horchata is made from scratch with morro seed!!! Not powder mix! Crazy addictive.
