What an incredible find this place this is. Spent two fantastic nights in a row here eating. The staff are super engaging with a real welcoming warmth. The food is exceptional. I’ve never tasted pulled pork like this place in my life. There’s a clear passion in the food they produce and there has to be a bit of magic mixed in because I never knew pulled pork and brisket could taste this good. Highly recommend the Reuben sandwich to try. I don’t really like IPA but the unicorn milk is a great tasting beer that I had to have more.

The wings were nicely crispy, and both the spice rub and buffalo sauce tasted excellent with a well-balanced level of heat. They were slightly on the dry side, but still enjoyable overall. The blue cheese sauce was good, and the addition of green apples worked surprisingly well — the acidity helps cut through the smokiness and spiciness of the wings.
The French fries cooked in duck fat were absolutely perfect. Crispy and golden on the outside, soft on the inside. Easily a 10/10.
The brisket passed the finger test visually, but the meat did not cut as easily as expected and was somewhat chewy, with noticeable fat/connective tissue. There was also a slight aftertaste that was mostly masked when eaten with the BBQ sauce.
The BBQ sauce itself was acceptable but not outstanding. In my opinion, this is the biggest area that could be improved.

Pretty good food and beer. Nice interior with good atmosphere. Prices are a bit too high for what you get especially the cocktails. I was not the biggest fan of their twist on Philly cheese steak.

What an experience. The staff were great, very welcoming and spoke great English, our server had a great attitude. The barbecue meats are very tasty – we enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket and lamb birra. Sides also very good – bbq beans, mac & cheese, duck fat fries, and apple coleslaw. Decent range of drinks available, very nice cocktails. We were lucky enough to be there on their birthday and enjoyed live music as well as tasty gifts from the kitchen and bar – this felt like proper good hospitality. Would certainly come here again.

They didn’t stop just at having extremely good food, but the cocktails are also amazing.
The staff? Impeccable. We felt very welcome and we were treated exquisitely.
10/10 I would come again. We took the1 person platter with the brisket, pulled pork, ribs, mashed potato, coleslaw and Mac n cheese + lamb birria + brisket cigars and bone marrow( as appetizers).
The only complain would be the mashed potato was too salty, everything sales – delicious!

I stumbled upon this place when visiting Prague. At the time of my visit they had only been open 9 months. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and they offered a bunch of different seating options. The food was good and the portion sizes are good so be careful as you’ll get full fast.

Isaac’s BBQ is an absolute must-visit for dinner in Prague! Me and my partner had never tried this type of cuisine before, but it was to die for. The restaurant has a modern, welcoming vibe with friendly and informative staff who made the whole experience even better.
Everything we tried was delicious, but if there’s one thing I’d especially recommend, it’s the brisket cigars – the filling was tender and flavourful, the pastry perfectly crisp, and the cheese dipping sauce was the ideal finishing touch.
If you’re visiting Prague, make sure you dine here at least once – you won’t regret it!

There’s something that is missing in Prague and that is good old-fashioned American buttermilk biscuits. This place has Pasilla Pepper honey butter inside their perfectly soft biscuits that tops it off. The apple smoked ribs with the apple reduction sauce is phenomenal. The Hail Mary cocktail is very tasty made with gazpacho. The brisket cigars are very delightful. The bone marrow tartare is probably the best tartare I’ve had in Prague. The gazpacho and shrimps was my favorite. The coleslaw is is very tasty and the smoked potato salad is worth trying. What brought me back was the warm American hospitality that I felt from the staff at this place. It made me feel cozy and somehow familiar with the professionalism and dedication that you can feel in this place. If you’re an American expert and miss the food go to this joint.

The waiters were incredibly friendly, explained the dishes to us in detail, and even made recommendations. They also checked in to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely visit again when we come back to Prague on vacation.

We changed our booking for Saturday night to this restaurant after passing it the day before. And we are so glad we did.
Lovely friendly welcome from the owner on arrival. Our server, Anna, was fabulous. Never rushed, recommendations provided, friendly and chatty but not intrusive. Some free birthday shots provided. Food was delicious, we went for 2 meats, 2 sides each and devoured every single morsal! We had beef, pork, ribs, lamb and a variety of sides and all of it was delicious, well cooked and prepared, and so tasty. Had a really nice bottle of Lapis Luna – or 3 – which completed the meats perfectly.
