Main Street pub is a lovely little restaurant with a homey feel. The food was good, the service was excellent and the chef was so kind to us! The avocado toast was was a little soggy but the fruit was very fresh, and the eggs were poached perfectly. The loaded tater tots were a bit heavy (of course they were, and we knew exactly what we were getting in to) but satisfied all our cravings. This was a home cooked meal made with love and you could tell.

Great place to enjoy a nice meal and atmosphere right by the railroad tracks. It has a front seating area where you can comfortably sit and relax for a bit. You can buy drinks and a snack and just sit out there. Out front it’s very cozy and they don’t have dedicated service, but they do have a takeout counter and you can relax out there as long as you want. This is looking the main street, so you can do a lot of people watching, relax, relaxation, and just taking the wonderful view of this wonderful town of Clifton. There is also plenty of parking, and you cannot miss it. The food is pretty good, their mac & cheese is outstanding. Their club sandwiches very tasty. They have a great selection of bar drinks, depending on the season, which are very creative and delicious. The service is attentive and kind. Today we had Emma and she was outstanding. There’s outdoor seating and indoor as well. You can definitely have a good conversation, although they play music it’s not so loud that you can’t hear yourself.
It’s a good spot for a first date, for a family outing or just to hang with your LO. Also there are some benches to the right next to the railroad tracks where you can sit and do people watching or take a rest. If you’re in Clifton, you shouldn’t miss hitting the main street pub!

Main Street Pub has a mini mart as you enter , the inside seating is ok, not very clean . We wanted to sit outside but there was a wait. Service was really good. The food was good too.

Nestled in one of the most charming towns in Northern Virginia, Main Street Pub is a true gem that made for a fantastic Saturday night out. My wife and I stopped in and were pleasantly surprised to find live music the performer was excellent and really set a great atmosphere.
We started the evening with a couple of cocktails, which were well crafted and a perfect complement to the relaxed vibe. For appetizers, we ordered the quesadilla and the tuna tartare. Our server was phenomenal she took great care of us throughout the night and went out of her way to customize one of the appetizers to our liking.
It was clear the kitchen has some serious talent everything we tried was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. From the friendly staff to the quality of the food and the welcoming environment, this place delivered on all fronts.
If you’re in the Clifton area and looking for great food, excellent service, and a little live music to round out your evening, Main Street Pub is absolutely worth a visit.

This is easily one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Our family goes here all the time, and we are never disappointed. The atmosphere lets you step back in time. The floorboards creak, the ceilings are low, the walls are covered with old photos and artifacts a the staff is friendly and fun. The lighting is warm and cozy, and I could (and have) spend hours in there, perfectly content.
Their food is simple and delicious, and they have everything from a great beer selection to a lovely rotation of seasonal cocktails. They’ve even won awards for their cheeseburgers, and it’s not hard to see why. Everywhere else I go, theirs is the burger to beat.
There’s always a friendly buzz of activity that makes this an ideal place for families of all ages to have a fun and relaxing meal out.
The town of Clifton is wonderful as well, and this restaurant is perfectly situated if you want to let your kids burn off energy after they eat by playing on the old caboose across the way, or up the street at the playground.
That said, we’ve also been there with friends later at night, when the place gets more of a sports bar vibe, and that’s a lot of fun as well. They’ve got multiple TVs showing various games, and a cozy bar – even live music on some nights.

The food and Main Street Pub hits the spot. Our group of four ordered burgers, wraps, a Reuben and a Philly Cheesesteak. We all agreed the food was delicious and the service friendly. This business has a country store feeling and may need a little refresher but it is always a sure thing when it comes to pub food.

Went in for the first time earlier this week and I was incredibly impressed. First and foremost, it is always a pleasure going to Clifton when I am in the Nova area because the village is an idyllic little charm that differs widely from its suburban surroundings. The setup of the restaurant is very nice. It’s in an old building, I think was probably a house along the tracks and I absolutely loved the colour scheme of vibrant green and red. Both inside and the porch were cozy. I ordered the chicken tender wrap and it was by far one of the best, if not there best that I have ever had. Service was also very good as well. Can’t wait to come back and try the .

Oh my gosh run don’t walk to this gem of a restaurant! The menu options and food quality blew away all my expectations! I have been 3 times in 4 weeks because it was so amazing. I got the seasonal crabcake sandwich and it was loaded with crab meat and perfectly cooked. I ordered it the next time as it was still on the menu and it was just as amazing. The last time we ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks and the quesadillas were my favorite. If you are looking for a high quality dinner or laid back bar food they have something for everyone. The drink menu had so many fun drinks.
