Every time I’ve come in here the atmosphere is always great. Morning the employees are great always so polite. Came inn the afternoon staff was cleaning the door and was very nice and opened the door for me when I came in & out. His name tag said Joshy. The cashier was so nice to me, he saw me walk in sweaty and offered me water as I got my order place. I didn’t see his name tag, but he was working strong 4:40pm. I hope this store knows how great their employees are. Even the young lady who served me my food at the table was sweet. It’s hard to find a place with great people, this place has them from morning to the afternoon. Thank you for ac great experience! I’ll keep coming back because the employees are nice and polite!

First time at this location and its been awhile since ive eaten a chicken sandwich. I was very hungry and it hit the spot.
I am not old but I am always impressed by the younger generation and their work ethic and pleasant attitude at all chic fil-a locations.
It wasn’t busy. I am sure it gets stressful when it is busy. Keep up the good work.
PS they warmed up the cookie. That doesnt happen every time. They are phenomenal cookies either way.

They are very nice employees here. They are very polite. They do ask if you need anything and I love that the place is clean. The food is pretty good

Anytime I have a mobile pick up order. I end up waiting 10+ minutes for my meal To be ready, even though my app always tells me it’s ready before I get to the restaurant. What’s the point of ordering on an app if you cannot get fast service

This evening I decided to have CFA. There were 8 of us waiting in line with only one cashier. It took around 5 minutes before another cashier stepped up to help. All the while, there were several employees walking around doing random stuff. Strange that no one else stepped up sooner to the register to help move the line.
When looking for a booth, most of the empty booths were dirty. After sitting here for awhile, no one came around to clean the several dirty booths.
And I ordered the standard CFA sandwich and fries. It’s taking an extraordinary long time.
Lots of employees roaming the restaurant with little help taking orders and cleaning the dirty tables.

This is the first time writing a 1 star review for a CFA.. first of all, this location looks like a CFA, but doesn’t feel like one. Not once, did I hear an employee say “My Pleasure”.. asked for a refill and just got a reply with a “sure” both times I had asked for one.
I ordered my food for dine in and even got a table placard AND was told to put on my table.. I had seen them taking out orders for multiple people but mine. I heard them call my name and they said my order was for carry out. So I sat down and all my food had Dine in stamped over everything.
Anyways, I feel like they need an actual training from the real CFA employees. Most of them were teens and looked like they were bored..
