I am very disappointed with my recent visit. The manager on duty allowed an extremely small portion of fries to be served—far below what is advertised or normally expected for the price paid. This was not a minor difference but a noticeable shortage. Portion control should not come at the expense of customers receiving less than what they pay for. Management needs to address consistency and quality standards to avoid experiences like this in the future.

I had a terrible experience tonight 03/04/26. I ordered the five for five. I thought was simple. First off the young lady that was supposed to wouldn’t stop learning on the wall never looked at me. I tried asking if she was going to collect my payment she couldn’t stop leaning on the wall and taking orders and of course rude.
So I drive up to the next window with my credit card in hand waving it. I told the gentleman who ever so nice I didn’t realize the pop was so small I wanted upgrade. That more money for you all. The assistant manger yelled at the employee and myself and her we don’t take money at this window you gave to go around. I said I’m a customer I’m not going around for an upgrade. She was flustered and yelled we can’t take. I told you most can. She said girl who was supposed to take my money but she was busy taking orders she couldn’t collect but yelled at me the customer. I told she should be able to multi task. She ended call another manager. I don’t his name but I explained the situation asked for name so I complain about. The manager he will take the problem. Well instead of eating my cold dinner and wrong type of pop I’m this. That manager didn’t help by giving the wrong drink. It was a disgusting Diet Coke. I need for this problem to be solved. The young manager to put aces in their places and never yell at a customer again

Ordered Big Breakfast, with hotcakes, and got eggs, sausage and biscuit. When I called, worker hing up on me. I called back and requested Manager, was told to come back to pick it up. No, how about you send a driver to my house with my food? Better yet, double check your orders. It was not busy at all, now I know why and after seeing 3.2 review, I will not be returning.

Ordered here 2 days in a row and they messed up both times. And they are always so busy that it takes forever to get a correct order. First time they gave me the wrong thing and I spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for the right order. Second time there was a malfunction with their system and the app and they couldn’t get my order to open, so they told me to pull into the reserved spot. They forgot about me. I sat there for 10 minutes and finally went inside. They forgot I was out there and still couldn’t get the order to open. I told them my order and they finally made my order. So much for *fast* food. I mean the whole point of the drive through is to get food quickly and the whole point of the app is to order ahead of time so that service is extra fast. Don’t go here if you have somewhere you need to be at a specific time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited more than 25 minutes for someone to take my order and nobody ever came. One employee told me to use the machine to place my order and that someone would take my cash. Employee never came. You guys are more focused on drive-thru customers. This is by far the worst McDonalds in Northwest Indiana!

Please tell SOME of your drive thru employees to not act rude and not to interrupt your customers. There was this young lady who was giving my father an attitude for asking simply why he was getting charged more for a lemonade instead of it being the same as a soft drink. And when we checked our bag to part of our order was missing. Next time, please watch who you’re hiring. BUT overall, great place and fast service.

Picking up a door dash from here sucks say in line for a hafe hour and got asked to go to a parking spot after pulling up to window order was placed long before arrival no reason to have to wait in a parking spot

This is my favorite McDonald’s in the area when I go in person. However, whoever is in charge of their DoorDash prep needs to be fired. Every time I DoorDash from this McDonald’s, something is screwed up. This last time almost my entire order was wrong. I ordered an iced coffee and got an orange juice. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and received 1 sausage McMuffin and 1 sausage and egg McGriddle. Like really?? How do you screw that up so bad? I’m never door dashing from here again.

Great food, great service!
This McDonald’s is my favorite coffee spot. Everyone in the drive thru knows my order: a small coffee half-cup with five creams and four sugars. My grandkids get pancakes or english muffins- no pork and grape jelly. The employees never complain about my special orders and always wish me a great day. Though I usually go though the drive-thru, the dining room is immaculate. Definitely give this McDonald’s a try; you’ll enjoy the delicious food and wonderful service.
