I finally had a chance to come to this Del Taco near my work. I really love Del Taco fries when it’s done right. I brought my lunch for work which was just carne asada and chicken but I wanted fries with it. So I decided to come to this Del Taco to get fries and a drink. I was deciding if I should order from the app but I figured they won’t be busy. This Del Taco is right off the freeway and I pass it so many times. I found parking easily since they were not busy and when I went inside they only had 1 guest waiting. The lady working did take a while to come take my order but when she did it was quick. I got a macho fries and a large drink, I went with the cherry coke since they still have the soda machine here. My fries were out quick and I took it back to the office to eat it. My friends were not seasoned at all but good thing I had salt and black pepper in the office. It helped along with the ketchup but it tasted to me like they overcooked the fries or the oil was not quite ready because it was just okay but not like other Del Tacos.

Very busy today and preparing to drive to San Francisco this Friday, so on the way home, I stopped at Del Taco and ordered their Cheese and beans nachos. They were really good and only $2.46!!! The serving was just right for a snack to. Good job! Del Taco.

Nice spot right off the 118 to grab a bit to eat. I personally don’t do tacos, burritos, etc. Which is why I love that Del Taco has a burger and fries combo… buuuut, they really need to have the option for pickles, AND they really REALLY need to add bbq sauce to their sauce selection.
You just can’t serve BURGERS without an option for BBQ SAUCE or PICKLES!

Today the cashier was extremely rude. She doesn’t even greet customers when they come in and just throws the food on the counter like they’re an animal! Please fire this cashier. This person is trash, they shouldn’t be working there. You can’t throw food on the table like you’re feeding an animal !!!!!! Today the cashier was very rude — she didn’t greet me when I approached and literally threw the food onto the counter instead of handing it to me properly. Please consider dismissing this employee. Such behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers !!!!!!!!!

Drive thru definitely gets busy especially during the lunch rush. Lots of parking available and decently well kept inside. Located right off the freeway, so easy to get to or a quick stop wherever you’re headed. It’s fast food, don’t have your standards so high. They have a lot of options available.

6/24/24 update. No better. Tomatoes old and mushy. Asked for extra Salsa Casera on our tostadas, got None. The Del Tacos, good. Fries, (first timer), good.
Regular, “The Del Taco”, good. Decided to try “Grilled Chicken Taco” as well. Check the pick. Huge piece of lettuce core, maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken????

Today at 6:13 a.m. in the morning I went to del taco in simi Valley off first street and enchanted st there was a young lady working there ive seen her there before and she was rude that time so i recognized her she was throwing out the trash I was parked across from the dumpster I went out of my car to.clean my windshield before I placed my online.order and she passed by me 8 ft away I said good morning and she completely ignored me so I placed my online order and I ordered a few things including a regular strawberry
Shake I went to the windo to pick up my order and it was the girl she said the shake machine was just turned on and they couldn’t make my shake and offered me another drink but I said no I really want the shake so I asked how long until the.machine is ready to.make milkshakes she said 10.or more minutes I told her I’ll wait and she wasnt understanding me finally I got her to n understand but she didn’t sound like she wanted me to wait she kept on telling me they could get me another drink and that it woukd take more then 10 minutes she said I could get a refund online but that wasnt true because I tried anyway long story short she gave me a cash refund but only gave me $4 so I was short a few cents the shake was $4.39 plus tax my issue is that the girl is not friendly and needs a personality and if the shake machine isn’t able to make shakes you shouldn’t be able to order online because the app.let me order a shake and the machine wasnt ready to make the shakes and I didn’t get back exactly how much I spent

It almost 5am and they are closed. Multiple times now. No one answers the phone either. I work at 5am and would be nice to have some hot coffee and breakfast before work. They are not open 24 hours. They close their drive thru every night and leave the open drive thru sign on. Always disappointed…

I literally hate that this is the only place open during my work lunch. The girl taking our orders is always SO RUDE. Unnecessary attitude to everyone and overall just worse customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. It is actually insane to hear the amount of attitude given to everyone ordering. If customer service isn’t your thing, please get out of it because messing up people’s mood is NOT cool.

You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. That’s demeaning and I’m not going to stop here I’m going to share this reverie to every Del Taco from here to Los Angeles. That was so disrespectful.
