Ok, not only is the staff super rude and degrading. I ordered a 6inch veggie delite. VEGGIE DELITE. Please keep that in mind…i get lettuce , spinach…but wait, “sorry no spinach”
So i ask if i can get double the amount of lettuce , due to there location NOT having spinach. I was rudely told no. I inquired; rationalization was… ” if walmart didn’t have a white shirt, would you get a black one for that price?”
I am literally dumbfounded….honestly the patrons they have… may have never been to an ACTUAL subway. Go down the street to the other one. You will get not only your moneys worth, yet a fulfilling meal minus the attitude.

The woman made my ultimate steak sub the way I wanted it. But drove not even 5 minutes down the street to get home and open my sub. It’s completely smashed in. Not good quality. Unfriendly service.

Update: store hours are not correct. They say they open at 9am but they mean someone is there at 9am. They are NOT available to serve at 9am. Unlike most businesses that are available and ready at the time they say I’d highly suggest not bothering until at least 9:30am. This is a highly annoying practice that has inconvenienced me more than one morning. Please change your hours to reflect an actual availability so people don’t waste their time coming a little after 9 then having to change plans. It’s seriously not difficult to wake up 15-20 minutes earlier to be at work and available when your store hours say you are available
As a store they do just fine with customer service. Store is clean and workers do their job just fine. Prices at subway seem to have more than doubled over the last couple years while other local sub options have stayed similar or only increased a small amount. Just my perception but the low cost is generally what kept me coming back. It’s just gone up too much in my opinion

When it comes to fast food/different Subway locations, this Subway is one of the best. Peter is friendly and does a fantastic job showing the public what a quality job he does. A lot of my coworkers and myself stop here very frequently and we always know we are going to be well taken care of. Thanks for the great service!

I ordered the sandwich, usually chicken, tosted. I asked for shredded cheese, but they added cheese between two fingers. So, almost a third of the sandwich was without cheese. I asked for more cheese. Later, I checked my receipt because something wasn’t right! He charged me for extra cheese!

The two people that are usually working at this Subway are the most friendly and greatest people to deal with. I have never had a better experience at a subway, and I have never had a bad experience with this particular Subway. I would recommend going to the Subway or using the subway for catering to anyone who asked me. This has been my favorite sibling for a few years now and I hope that the employees stay the same or keep the same level of customer service so it will be my favorite Subway for many years in the future.

This Subway is the best (Forest Home and HWY 100). Customer service tops four star restaurants. You could eat a foot long sub made here while driving a car with a manual transmission and not have a mess to clean up. Excellent service. Properly made sandwhiches.

The new footlong dippers that are advertised for $3, this subway charges $3.79, and the footlong churro is advertised for $2, but this location charges $2.79, why don’t they charge what the national advertising commercial says they are??
