Food was really good, I came in around lunch time, and I got my food pretty quick. The staff were really sweet and friendly. It was really cool to see the staff make the noodles. I recommend their chicken wings, and soup dumplings. These 2 items were really yummy.

Noodles are good. I love the Spicy Big Plate Chicken (大盘鸡) – it’s perfectly spicy and good portion. Pita Burger and Xiao Long Bao are okay, but not something I’d order again.

Delicious beef noodle soups and high quality noodles that are hand pulled and you have 5 different options of width! Their spicy noodle soups can be quite spicy, so please be wary of ordering as it isn’t just a numbing spice but a heat spice too.

They have a few tables inside that are best for groups of 2-4 and also have a wall-length counter for solo diners. It can also get quite hot inside due to the lack of ventilation, so on a hot day, it can be a bit stifling.

Menus are all digital and there isn’t much service. You get a canteen of water for the table and depending on where you sit, you may need to go up to get the check and pay for it.

My Braised Beef Noodle Bowl was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served super fast! The only thing I’d suggest to make it even better next time is to have it hot, not just warm. But I’m definitely coming back!

Fresh hand made noodles but average soup. Usually with Lanzhou noodles the broth is quite light and the highlight is the sweetness of the clear broth. I found this broth to be quite heavy but not enough flavor. Maybe I’d come back to try their other noodle dishes.

The noodles are excellent — probably the most chewy and springy Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles I’ve had in the East Bay. The broth is also delicious. Highly recommend!

Not your average American Chinese food. Dumplings are made with fresh pastry and filled with soup. Delicious!
