Last Saturday evening was the first time at this place. The food was very good. I had fajitas, and my wife had the enchilada verdes meal. The friendly server had the perfect balance between checking up on us during our meal and letting us enjoy it. The host, on the other hand, never smiled to the point of being surly and gave us a table back by the door to the kitchen. The restaurant was not busy with well more than half the tables open. In spite of that, we will probably try again.

Our go to restaurant. The chips, salsa and entrees are consistent. The owner and other staff are super friendly. We go there almost every week. They have a bar if you’re solo and table and booth seating.

A hidden jewel eatery. I had a non-alcoholic Pina Colada with a splash of strawberry and it was amazing. Miguel my server was nice and food was served quickly. You get a lot of food for the price. I got the Taco Bowl with chicken. It was fresh and so delicious. The bowl is editable and just melts in your mouth. I would definitely go back and try more items. This place does get busy, but worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable.

Was apprehensive to eat here because of the reviews but it ended up being a good experience. Lupita took great care of us and the prices are good. The food is not mind blowing but it’s good Mexican enough Mexican. Make sure you get the queso.

Tried a delivery order for the first time and left it extremely disappointed. Sauces are bland and uninspired. My daughter’s tamale was almost solid corn meal with the rumor of meat. I’ve included a picture to understand what you’d be getting.

El Dorado has a pretty average appearance for a reasonably-priced Mexican restaurant. They have attractive, Mexican-themed decor on the walls. The only fault as far as appearance is that the entire restaurant seems to need a new coat of paint (see pictures).
We ordered fajitas tapatias and fajitas tejanas at lunch time on a Sunday. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. No improvements needed there.
The most outstanding part of our visit was our server Briana. Briana was very attentive but didn’t hover. She was polite and friendly. She even offered to take our payment up to the cashier for us, though it was the style of restaurant where you pay the cashier as you exit. I can’t say enough about the excellent level of service we received from Briana. I will definitely request her as my server from now on!

Great local place for Mexican food. If you don’t mind a little grease and a little spice this place is for you. The salsa is my biggest complaint, as it’s more like hot sauce.
