Did take out, which is why it’s 2 stars for atmosphere. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Girls behind counter never stopped cranking out pizzas. Pretty cool to see the owner behind counter helping make pizzas. Got the traditional pepperoni and also the deluxe, hard to beat a pepperoni and cheese pizza, deluxe was pretty good. While only inside for a short time I kept hearing West Texas (speciality pizza) several times, next time I’m back in town will definitely be trying that one.

ordered takeout last night, used the AI order service. was really gooda and clear, perfect audio quality – i find it more helpful than a real person. for some reason it confirmed that we didn’t’ want jalapenos on the hawaiian style pizza, but when the order went through either the ticket still said jalapenos, or they missed it.
got home, pizza was super spicy – i love spicy, my wife couldn’t eat it and hawaiian is her favorite. called the store, told them the situation, without hesitation they said they’d make us a new one, please come pick it up in 8 minutes.
showed up, new pizza, excellent – took it home and had a lovely dinner as a family. thank you pizza factory! you’re the best!

I ordered the pepperoni with garlic and Parmesan crust and the BBQ chicken pizzas. Both were delicious! The garlic Parmesan crust on the pepperoni was spot on. The website quoted 24-29 and the pizzas were ready in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday evening. I think I will download their app for future orders.

Loved the food. Meet the owner who was very nice and helpful. He was working the front cash register taking orders. They have the nice and crunchy pellet ice. We sat outside, which we appreciated because it was a nice evening, but the view (of the parking lot) wasn’t very scenic. BTW the Cesar salad was huge. Worth driving from Odessa for.
