Young girl working on Saturday after Thanksgiving was so rude and she wasn’t even busy. I was the only one around. Harris Teeter was almost empty. Makes me not want to get coffee here. I greeted her with Hi! How are you? She just stared at me like she was bored. Took my order, didn’t pay attention, asked again for my order then walked off when she asked how I was paying. When she was finished I thanked her and she just stared at me. If this is who Starbucks is hiring I can go to Dunkin.

Paid $6.50 for a half a cup of latte. They did not fill the grande cup except with whipping cream. So unhappy and unimpressed. Over charged do not come here for coffee. Coffee level is to finger line.

Staff had incredible personalities, worked very well together during the Mothers Day rush and showed excellent customer service with every customer interaction. Initially I had ordered a latte and forgot to mention the milk details (my fault) and I had ordered a breakfast sandwich that was still cold in the center. I approached the employee (I wish I could remember her name!) but she was so very kind when I asked if my drink could be remade with the correct milk and if I could have a new sandwich. Not only did they remake my beverage and sandwich but I also offered a cake pop to make it right. This was so unexpected and spoke volumes about the service they provide. Each employee I interacted with was so pleasant! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location!

Nolan was an amazing breathe of fresh air when I stopped in tonight! After having a long hard day, I stopped in for a water. He was so genuine in asking me about my day and we continued to chat. This used to be the old Target food area, there is a lot of seating along the front window people do not know about. The wifi is really good at this location and the seating by the front windows makes it a great place for a meeting or to do some work. Staff there is nice, they do not carry everything a full Starbucks location carries but still has a very good selection.

Overly rude staff! My menu item was made incorrectly, not even close. When asked about the order I got a very rude response. Employee continued to be extremely harsh and rude even after telling them it’s okay and moving on. Worst Starbucks experience ever. If you have a choice, avoid this one whenever possible.

Service was quick. Coffee is hot and staff was friendly. I came in about 8: 30am so there wasn’t a line. Obviously a little bit of a pain that it’s in Target.

CRAZY STORY- As my friend and I were drinking our drinks (which were disgusting) prepared by the very rude barista, we heard a metal cling that was the milk container spilling all over the floor. The baristas were yelling to each other and referring to the milk as “male projectile” as in cum. There were several young children around, and families were worried and offended.
