I picked up lunch today for me and my coworker ($34.00). We decided to share a loaded fry since they are so big. The amount of toppings on the fries was awesome; however, the fries were awful. They were not cooked all the way and since they were covered with toppings we couldn’t put them in the oven to crisp them. They were literally limp and gross..we did not eat them!! I am disappointed about paying almost $7.00 for inedible fries….and, as long as my wait was in the drive through there was no excuse for half cooked fries!! The sandwiches were good but I did not know that when you upgrade to a large sandwich…the sandwich is the same size as the regular. I was getting a large to take half home to my daughter. My coworker and I put our sandwiches side by side and they were the same size?

Never been here before. I came in frustrated about something. And was greeted with an infectious smile by the manager, and kind disposition by her team. Shifted my whole thought process. They service was excellent and so was the food!! I will be back!!

We spent $51 on 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. We got about $10 of quality food. The fries were over cooked. The chicken was ok. Slow drive thru.

This is an awesome sandwich shop to eat at. I got the Grand Escape on the menu and it was so amazing. It was fresh and well served, although there was a wait for the order. I waited around 20 minutes but it was worth it. The food wasn’t too hot or cold. The temperature of the food was perfect. The overall environment is great. Steak Escape in Brandon was kept up and clean. You can order from inside or from the drive-thru. Keep in mind, the prices are quite moderate than other sandwich shops. It is a little more expensive than others. You would probably spend between $25 to $50, depending on the quantity of the order and the item on the menu. The employees are communicative and are so nice. I recommend this sandwich chain.

Omg this place was absolutely disgusting! I have pictures of the tables that were not cleaned properly, the floors were filthy, and the walls had splattered food on them. It took us over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches!! Once we got our sandwiches they were all bread and mayonnaise!! I pray the owner/manager reaches out to me for this review because the pictures I took of this experience is unacceptable! My family owns a very successful restaurant for over 30years and this place was by far the most unsanitary place I have been!!!

Very DIRTY! Food was unappetizing – fries were tiny pieces that smelled like they were cooked in old oil and my sandwich was soggy. After seeing the filth in the dining area, I lost my appetite thinking about how nasty the cooking area must be so I threw my food away and left. The employees were standing around shooting the breeze (there were no other customers to wait on) and not one of them made an attempt to start cleaning any of the filth you see in these pictures. I don’t know who owns this establishment but they need to get there soon and make some changes!!

Very delicious and fast. I ordered the large triple cheesesteak with added bourbon sauce and mayo. SO MUCH FOOD even my fat booty could only eat half. It was exceptionally delicious. Will be going back!
