Great food and friendly service. Onion rings and the burgers are really good. They also have great desserts.

I work in Beggs and my first few times we good at Penny’s. I always call my order in advance as I only get a 30 minute lunch. Last time I was there. My food was running late and I asked a waitress to process my payment so I could leave as soon as I got my food since I was in a rush. Instead of telling me she couldn’t process payment, I was rudely told “she’s getting your food now.” I repeated my question 5 times getting the same answer, each time less patiently and getting more and more rude. I told the waitress I didn’t appreciate her attitude and was immediately told she didn’t have one. When the manager came out, I informed her of the situation and told her I wouldn’t be back if that’s the type of service I receive. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. It’s like my complaint was completely ignored. I will never go back to pennys and can’t recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was TERRIBlE.

Penny’s has quickly become a must for anyone traveling on Hwy 75 needing a homemade lunch or dinner. DO NOT leave without taking a lookthe large choice of freshly made desserts or cookies! Stop by, you will not be disappointed. Saturday breakfast is a slam dunk as well.
