Very low portion size. I basically have an order of rice with a side of meat. When I asked for a little bit more the staff seem annoyed and hesitant as if I was asking for extra. I just wanted a normal portion size. There was a guy behind me that was annoyed by the portion size and asked for a normal serving and the staff told him no and he just walked out. If I am paying almost $20 for a meal I should be receiving meat equivalent to what I am paying for. The rice should be the side NOT the meal! Also a lot of fat and undercooked chicken

I went to go pick up my order. The employee at counter said his shift ended and that I should talk to someone else. I explained that I’m here for pickup, he then nervously hands me my order whilst giving me an awkward stare.
I paid for double protein….I got home….there was ZERO protein on my meal. When I say ZERO, I mean ZERO. My bowl was just rice and beans with sauce.
For your own sake, if you’re gonna order at this location, it’s better to do it in person, the employees here are trying their hardest to take shortcuts.

Extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle. The portions were ridiculously small, especially compared to what they usually serve. I’ve ordered multiple times at night, and it’s clear that when they start running out of food, they simply don’t add it to your bowl — yet they still charge you as if you received a full portion.
This feels dishonest and unacceptable. Paying full price for half a bowl is not okay. I absolutely do not recommend this location. The lack of consistency and transparency completely ruined the experience.

Unfortunately, this is consistently the worst Chipotle in the area. I’ve come here multiple times around peak hours (including today around 12:30 PM), and they frequently have no meat or rice prepped. This location is in a busy town, so it’s surprising and frustrating that basic items aren’t ready during lunch rush. I don’t blame the workers on shift — this feels like a management and planning issue. Better prep, staffing, and oversight are clearly needed. Chipotle is usually reliable, but this location really needs improvement

The server put what she thought was cooked chicken in my burrito bowl over my rice and beans, she realized it was not fully cooked, she then took the chicken out of my bowl, gave it to the cook cooking the chicken, allowed the cook to cook it further and then put it back in the SAME bowl. All the while not even fully taking out all the undercooked chicken that was over my rice and beans. That takes a certain level of stupidity. I’m Appalled at how absolutely ridiculous this place is. I thought it was going to be good based upon its clean appearance but that was seriously unacceptable. People are going to get sick with that type of cluelessness. Train your employees better. Only bonus was I found a solid Mexican chain after. Adobo for the win.

I ordered on the app. I got 3 orders. I asked for my tortilla on the side. They did not give me my tortilla on the side; but gave me someone else’s order along with my bowl. The store was dirty, no utensils available. The garbage was over flowing. I asked a worker for utensils and informed him that they were running low. He barely heard me because the music was being played too loud.

I have never in my life written a review of a business. Never once. I also work in the service industry. This specific location has robbed over 200$ from me. Disgusted is an understatement. I should have learned after the first 2 times. Wrong and missing items. But they sent me “coupons” (only one useable for order I mind you) and I work late hours so I gave them multiple chances. It has gone from missing PAID FOR meat on quesadillas or tacos, to substituting items that I CANNOT eat, and outright missing full orders of queso and chips. And literally everything in between. There is no direct contact to this location so I have to contact chipotle directly and just get coupons that are clearly meaningless. How is this location still in business?? I have documented and sent chipotle everything from order numbers to pictures of the incorrect orders. I am pretty sure that I’m just being responded to by AI at this point. I understand I order later at night but if you are going to be this outrageous and rob me, don’t stay open this late?? (By late I mean over an hour before close). Again I work in the service industry and we serve to 100% until our closing time.

I just recently went here and got the worst case of food poisoning possible. I thought I was going to die. I will make this short, avoid chipotle especially this one but just in general. Their employees do not care about keeping you safe, or protecting you from consuming poison under their control. They need to be shut down.
