Buying in-person is so much cheaper than online delivery. In-person, this location is super clean friendly and fast. Açaí and Avocadolada are delicious. Passion fruit is also tasty. I love Tropical Smoothie because it tastes so good! I hope I will be able to keep it as part of workout routine.

This Tropical Smoothie location is closest to my house, so I am pretty much a regular. Not only is Tropical Smoothie my go to for breakfast and healthy and unique smoothies, but this particular location has outstanding customer service. Example, would be a time I accidently placed 2 orders through their app, but only ended up picking up one even though both orders were made ready for me to pick up. Ultimately, I went back to the store to have it looked into and investigated and found out it was my mistake that 2 orders were placed at the same time. But they went ahead and processed a refund for me. Also, every time I go in, the staff are just always incredibly kind and courteous.

The store was clean. We received our smoothies and food pretty quickly. Our smoothies and sandwiches both seemed to be made well. The only downside was something the restaurant has no control over- the price. My sandwich and smoothie cost $15. So my lunch with my son cost $30.

Smoothies are scrumptious & the chicken pesto flat bread is even better. As for the sides, they’re pretty ehh but good combos I guess. Still recommend giving it a try 🙂

The sandwiches are just fine. They’re cooked decently and they’re prepared well. Definitely photo-worthy and they will satisfy.
The smoothies are water. The base is quite literally water.
They blend frozen fruit and water; Water.
Please do yourself a favor, overlook this location, and go to somewhere else for smoothies.
There’s a chain smoothie place just two miles up the road, there’s a locally owned chain just in the plaza next door.
You’re not missing anything. You’re quite literally saving yourself.

I misunderstood the promo for a free smoothie and ordered 2 smoothies instead of food. The cashier advised me about the correct way to receive the promo. Somehow there was a mixup and I was still able to receive my smoothie. The staff are nice and worked hard to get orders out fast. Definitely a great spot to get your smoothies!

My super green Caesar wrap was not the greatest today, Romine/spinach was not fresh and was slimy green/brown and the tomato was a bit soggy overall it was not fresh. I was disappointed that the mobile app would not allow me to order ahead for you pick two a smoothie and a wrap, because I got an error that the items were not available. I went back in the app and I had to purchase them separately which I ended up spending a lot more. I asked the two Hispanic ladies at this location. They were present if they could cancel/refund my transaction and re-purchase it as you pick two meal versus paying for The original cost for the wrap and a smoothie and they said it was not possible, this was very upsetting. I am not happy that I had to pay over $10 for a wrap that was not even fresh and I was only left with a smoothie for lunch.
