They never disappoint! The cookies are so good, Especially late at night when you need to fill that sweet void, or got the munchies! I’ve only ever had an issue with delivery twice Out of dozens of orders and their customer service is just as amazing as everything else! They have even remade my cookies and had them delivered at the time I got off work the following day! But tonight I really have to brag on Jackie whoever delivered my cookies at 2 o’clock in the morning In 16° weather, She frisbee tossed them up the hill because I did not want her to get hurt, And she was just joyful all the way around and brought Me an unexpected laugh at 2 AM! I would literally be the spokesperson for this company. I love them so much.

We decided to give Insomnia Cookies a try today and we were not disappointed!!
These Cookies are were hot and fresh.
Literally melted in our mouths!!
We decided to try their 4 DELUXE Cookie Box with an additional cookie, which was a new one.
We went with:
Chocolate Chip Brookie
Cookies n Creme (this was the new one)
Salted Caramel Deluxe (O.M.G.)
Smores Deluxe
Triple Chocolate Chunk Deluxe (this one was my favorite! All I needed was a glass of milk to go with it)
I can say they are a little pricey for Cookies but definitely worth it!!!
Highly recommend this too.
I think also if they had these bad boys as sandwich Cookies, they would be amazing (NOT ICE CREAM ones either but with the buttercream center )

Good warm and fresh cookies and ice creams with variety of flavor. They also have purple color ice cream called Dreamweaver that you should try!
Located by Marshall University campus, this place has ample parking space. Restroom is available inside the store. Wheelchair accessible. some seating area inside (important).

Initially I placed an order online… the order was late and contaminated with a cookie I couldn’t eat. Called the store and they were willing to replace the order but I declined. I ended up later getting what I wanted. I got the 6pk which is 5 cookies and a speciality cookie/brownie, 21 and some change…and a bit pricey. Overall most cookies were average. The chocolate chip and macadamia were average. The mint was soso…carrot cake cookie was not for me….I took one bite and it was a no….too soft and didn’t taste cookies. Now the lemon…the lemon was my favorite. I also got a Blondie….it was ok but a little under cooked for me. As an ex vegetarian I tried the chocolate vegan cookie…it was pretty good. I wish I had went instead of delivery, I think I would have liked the ice cream cookie combo better. As a reward I might, on occasion, try them again, or when it’s late at night. I will have the lemon again…on a 1 to 5, I would def say like a 4.2. They have other Items I would like to try. As always, I say…try for yourself!

Cookies were hard as a rock. The girl taking our order was rude and condescending. And the portions were impatiently small. We got a four pack and a cookie with “2 scoops of ice cream” and the “scoops were the size of the plastic spoon not worth eight dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This location is great! Very clean, fast service and great cookies, worth the price. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend and definitely will come back!

Good but hard as a rock I have tried one other time in Myrtle Beach and it was the best so soft I couldn’t wait to get to Huntington to get more. It’s definitely a let down like I said they was hard as a rock!

Placed my first delivery order today. It didn’t leave the store until over an hour later AND was delivered to the wrong house. Won’t try that again – definitely not worth the extra delivery fee and tip for such a wait AND for the wrong delivery.

Nice to be open late. That’s about the only thing different than other places you can get cookies and ice cream. Manager was kind of rude.
