I’m not usually a pizza person AT ALL — but this place completely changed my mind.
I ordered the Rip City, and it’s hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. The dough is perfect: crispy on the outside, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. And the base isn’t your typical red or white sauce — it’s olive oil and garlic. It lets the crust shine and really brings out the flavor of every topping.

We had the best experience here! And we will be back to visit every time we’re in Sisters! One large pizza and garlic cheese bombs fed my family of 7 easy! Friendly staff, inside & outside dining, dip’n’dots freezer, fountain drinks and bottled/canned drinks plenty variety. So glad we ate here it didn’t disappoint!

Cute little hole in the wall place for a good large slice of pizza or some garlic knots. I highly recommend the garlic knots!
Some seating inside with a picnic table outside under cover. Which was good because it was raining the day I was here.
If you come to the town of Sisters, be aware it’s normally packed with cars and people, parking is hard to come by so park on a side street and be prepared to walk. But walking is good, you’ll see more that way.

Words can not describe how much I love this place! Their use of fresh quality ingredients are very apparent and make it well worth the price. They have a well balanced menu with a mix of classic pizzas as well as some more unique finds. Their cheese-bombs are to die for, especially with their house-made marinara. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and gives that small-town warm feel. When comparing to many of the New York pizza shops I’ve tried, Martolli’s is memorable and sets a high expectation on pizza. Will be returning!
