I ordered door dash from this restaurant. I forgot to include some ketchup for my fries. I called the store and asked if they would add it to my bag when it was picked up. They added the condiments and my food was still warm and really delicious when it arrived. Amazing customer service!

The burgers at Five Guys are very tasty but the price is outrageous. They do have free peanuts which is nice but to get a burger with fries and a drink expect to pay at least $15.00. The decor here is pretty nice; I like the red theme and exposed ceiling. I went at a good time when there weren’t many people (~3pm).

This might have been the worst food I’ve had in a long time. $12 for a soggy, thrown together burger that I couldn’t even eat. The fries were even worse. Old, soggy, grease logged fries. Save your money. It’s not worth it

Well-deserved praise! We had a huge order, 18 burgers/sandwiches and fries. I called and spoke with an employee to see if they could handle this order within the hour, and was assured it would be. The service was friendly and excellent! I placed the order online and everything was made correctly. Not a single thing missed. And the food was delicious. Attached is a picture of the very happy staff at Make-A-Wish Colorado enjoying their meals. I highly recommend this Five Guys!

For fast food the service is very very good. Workers always greet you with a smile and ask me how my sales numbers are for the day (those are always good) whoever management is here is doing a great job, and servers, even better, and the double bacon burger all the way minus mayo is craved every day at 12pm
