First time customer – stumbled upon them on Instagram. I have yet to try the wines that I ordered – but have been very impressed with the customer service! They called me when some of the wines I ordered online were not in stock to figure out what I’d like to do. They were super kind about additional questions I had, too. The wine was at my door in 2 days after ordering!! I’ll be trying some soon… this might just be my new favorite place to get wine!

I would have never known this little spot existed! Such a cool location. They’re taking COVID very seriously. There were other people shopping when we got there, so the store manager asked us to stand in their waiting area to ensure social distancing. But while we stood there, she still informed us about the store. We were in a bit of a hurry, so I asked her to select a couple of bottles for us, and she’s did not disappoint!
Seriously the prices here are so good! And she mentioned that there would be events coming up for them, and I am super excited to explore more of the wine that they get in!

I love this store. Cincinnati is flooded with snooty, overpriced wine retailers, but The Wine Cellar Outlet is a refreshing change of pace. Great little store with an incredible rotating selection, helpful and attentive staff, and the best prices you are likely to find. Plus, there are always discounted specialties available for tasting.
