Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Employees can’t be bothered to take your order. The kiosks say your food will be ready in 10 minutes but it takes an hour for them to make me a cheesy roll up! (Dont get stuck in the drive thru!) Food tastes old, dry, stale. They sold me frozen drinks on the app and didn’t have em in stock… the manager said she’d give me free ones next time I came in. Jokes on me – cuz I won’t be back. This place sucks. Can’t belive this is Napa’s service. how shamefull
Update: tried again for a work lunch. They burritos are not rolled or labeled at all. Food is small portions, yucky, cold and order is incorrect. What a shame.

This location STILL needs help pronto. Placed a APP order for pickup but dining room was closed had to get in drive-thru line and wait thru 5 cars when at the pick up window had to wait till they made the order at least it was super fresh. So unless you choose drive thru only I suggest trying El Pollo Loco or McDonald’s even Jack in the box. There are many other locations to visit then being disspointmented by this location with their maybe were open maybe were not attitude

Slowest fast food ever. They only use the self serve terminals. So when you order, they have no idea it has been placed. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant in the same amount of time. I don’t blame the employees, but those terminals. Those things are useless garbage. A human could have done the job better, faster and with some follow up. The whole place was waiting for orders. Doordashers had to wait for some one to move their orders from behind the counter to the front so they could move on with their day.

They didnt even cook the flat bread and called it a chalupa I used to work at Taco Bell for 4 years I have never thought it was okay to give somebody an uncooked chalupa not to mention I ordered two bean burritos and a Cheesy mailbox and got a 5-layer and all the tacos in the cheesy milk box were cracked and destroyed I really hope that someone from corporate cease this cuz this is ridiculous pure laziness and people not wanting to make the food
