We stopped in today for the first time. On first arrival, it’s a small, unassuming place but super clean. There are only a few tables inside but it wasn’t busy on this late Sunday afternoon. The man at the counter was one of the friendliest, most personable proprietors I’ve ever encountered. Even though we’d never been there before, he spoke as if we were family coming in to visit.
As for the food, prices are VERY reasonable. Our group got a lamb gyro, plain cheesesteak, steak gyro and mozzarella sticks. The food was ready quickly and brought out to our table. The steak gyro was mine and was one of the best gyros I’ve had in years–fresh ingredients, perfectly done steak and the tzatziki sauce was not skimpy like some! My bf said the same about his lamb gyro. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were homemade– I didn’t ask if they were but most places taste like frozen and that was not the case at all here.
Overall, 10/10 for everything! Food, service, atmosphere, friendliness. We will be back!!

Amazing food and amazing staff. I have to drive 40 minutes to get here and leverage every reasonable opportunity to get a takeout order from Armando’s.
My trip today was awesome as usual. Grandma’s square with pepperoni + rice/beans + steak quesadilla. The food was/is so damn good yall, please know. First time ordering mexican food from yall too but it definitely won’t be the last.
Whoever helped me at the window today was fantastic, super friendly and patient. My man that’s normally there is also really good people. Called me “pepperoni guy” one time lol. Well earned I’ll say and my fiance happily reminds me anytime I bring a pizza from y’all home.
Very few places still feel worth the effort to eat out or get take out. Thank you for making it worth it. Going to keep upping my tip everytime too, y’all keep earning it.

Love this place. We were worried when the prior pizza place left but Armando’s has been an upgrade! The pies are good. The pasta is good and my lord the tacos are some of the best around! Wish they had a rewards program we could take advantage of!!

Drive thru convenience! Delightful young man at window 😉 I got pizza & tarimisu. When I got home I opened the box & heard “now that’s Amor’e!” The pizza was made with love & portions oh boy! I got dessert for 2 servings. Wide menu options. Prices are fair & I love that. Support this location & have a happy belly with change still in your pocket.

Ordered a pepperoni pie last night. Was really good and hit the spot. Came really close to NY pizza I grew up eating in Long Island. I ordered it well done and the bread was crunchy to perfection. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for NY style pizza that hits close to home.

LOVE this place! Absolutely delicious & always accurate. I live in Pikeville & order from Uber Eats a lot. This business showed up as a recommendation…so glad I tried it! I think I’ve now ordered 5 or 6 times & every time the food is fresh, hot, delicious, great quality, perfect price point, and accurate.

Cozy and clean on the inside. Staff is very friendly. Had the garlic knots while we waited for pizza & they are as good as previous reviews stated. Didn’t have to wait too long for pizza to come out. Great amount of cheese and toppings. My daughter talked about how good the food was most of the meal. Be advised however that they do not have a fountain drink machine so you’ll have to purchase a can or 2 liter soda. Also if you think super thin floppy crust thats not what they make here but it’s still DELICIOUS, I can’t wait to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

I been seeing the pizza place for a while now on airport rd in wilson. I’m Always trying something new. I decided to stop by tonight and order my family some pizza and wings. I like thin crust and it was loaded with my favorite meat and vegetables of my choice. The pizza was cut great as well. I didn’t have to pull nothing apart. Let me tell you. They didn’t let me down. The pizza was GREAT, and don’t let me mention the wings. My daughter had hot wings. They was crispy and seasoned well. I definitely recommend. I like when the sauce is fully covered over my wings. They even offer an awards program to get point towards orders or your future purchases and gift cards as well. They are new on this side of town and I’m glad they are apart of the Airport Rd family over here. They have a great new look inside as being new owner. Mrs. Leigh and her husband are great, great customer. I sat and chatted with them for a while. The wait time was normal. I hope tell be around for a long time. I will be back.
