About as perfect as sandwiches get . Everything is perfect . The fresh baked bread is soft and holds up to the filling . The ratio of meat and cheese and sauce is perfect . You take a bite and nothing falls out .

Ordered for the first time and cannot get over how wonderful the food is!!! Had to come back today (Bob) because we were craving it. I am so picky and I never get chicken just from anywhere but it was the best sandwhich I’ve had. Cleveland lacks in the food department so it’s a pleasure to find a spot that’s 10/10 including the tomato soup. The cashier is the sweetest person and the men cooking are very helpful. I would absolutely recommend to everyone and can see why it gets sold out so quick.

A good loaf of bread can make or break a sandwich. I’m sorry to say that the bread at Herb n’ Twine, while not *bad*, was not at all my style: it was dense and sweet and tasted very much like an overgrown biscuit. It’s a pity they don’t offer a classic, chewy Italian loaf, since otherwise the menu is diverse, all of the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich flavor combinations are, by and large, well thought out (although the vegan sandwich was in desperate need of a protein to balance out the slab of sweet potato stuffed inside the equally sweet bread). The space is nothing to write home about, and there’s no place to sit and eat since the restaurant is take out only, but at least the staff were pleasant.

Herb’n Twine Sandwich Co. is a delightful spot that has quickly made a name for itself in the local food scene, and it’s easy to see why. Known for crafting some of the best sandwiches in town, the standout offering is the turkey club. This incredible sandwich features layers of freshly sliced turkey, crispy bacon, lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all nestled between perfectly toasted bread. The combination of flavors and textures is simply unmatched, making it a must-try for any sandwich lover.

In addition to the turkey club, I highly recommend pairing your meal with their tomato soup. It’s rich, creamy, and bursting with fresh tomato flavor, making it the perfect complement to any sandwich. The combination of the warm soup with the cool, crisp ingredients of the sandwich is a delightful experience.

For those looking for something lighter, the salads at Herb’n Twine are also worth trying. Fresh, vibrant, and generously portioned, they provide a refreshing side that balances out the richness of the sandwiches.

One thing to keep in mind when planning your visit is that there’s no indoor dining available. Instead, the focus is on takeout, which suits the casual, laid-back vibe of the establishment. With outdoor seating options, you can enjoy your meal outside, making it a pleasant choice, especially on a nice day. Just be sure to call at least an hour ahead of when you want your food, as they sell out quickly due to their popularity. This little tip will ensure you don’t miss out on the turkey club, tomato soup, or any of their other delicious offerings.

The staff at Herb’n Twine are incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any questions you may have about the menu. Their passion for providing quality food shines through in every interaction, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a fantastic sandwich in a welcoming environment, Herb’n Twine Sandwich Co. is the perfect destination. Just remember to plan ahead, and you’ll be rewarded with a delicious meal that’s well worth the wait! Highly recommended!

Sitting outside as I write this review, after smashing the Italian & Turkey Meatball & these sandwiches are gold. THE best sandwiches I’ve ever had, I’m not being dramatic. It was an orgasmic experience. The environment is also welcoming & the guys are helpful. Will be back again, hope there’s an Herb N Twine when I get to heaven.

My favorite sandwich place in the area. High in demand, I love the fresh bread. I recommend ordering as soon as they open Friday in person if you want the special. I have disappointed myself a few times with sandwiches selling out early, but you can’t beat their quality. I’ve tried every sandwich and salad on the main menu from the summer and would recommend them all. Though the hot chicken was too spicy for me . The only feedback I’d give is having an air filter inside. The air quality dips with having an open kitchen, and while I order takeout if I order in person and wait it’d be an added benefit. Though my most recent visit was the quickest at 15 minutes so not a long time at all! See you again soon!

By far my favorite sandwich place! Everything is so fresh and the cashier is always nice. The turkey and the Italian are my favorite. The bread no words. They really for an amazing job at pairing flavors together in a way that gives your taste buds a little party. I will drive 30 minutes every time to come here for a sandwich hands down.

The smoked turkey club was amazing. The bread to meat ratio is perfect. They don’t skimp on the sauce. Every bite is packed with flavor. The sandwich was filling but I could’ve ate more just because it was the best I have had in Cleveland.

This place gets A LOT of hype, but is it worth it? YES.

This restaurant is takeout only. We walked in around noon on a Friday. There was only one person in front of us in line. We ordered two sandwiches: the vegetable (it’s vegetarian) and the Turkey club.

I saw from reviews online that we should be prepared for a long wait. So we sat down on the bench inside to wait. I was pleasantly surprised when we only had to wait 15 minutes during the prime lunch hour!

We go the two subs, two bags of chips, and two bottles of water for under $30, which I thought was so reasonable! The sandwiches were hearty and big!

We took our sandwiches to the nearby park / library to eat on a bench, since there was no where to actually eat at the restaurant.

Being a vegetarian, it’s difficult to find filling and flavorful food. But omgsh, this sandwich was amazing! (My husband said it was even better than his!) So many wonderful flavors from the sweet potato, to the picked red onions, the pesto, the fire roasted tomato. OMG YUM.

My husband was impressed by his Turkey club saying it was the best sandwich he’s ever had. He said all the flavors worked together nicely.

Just stood in line for the special sandwich (Mr. Hero sandwich ) and arrived at 11:08am just to be told at 11:15am it’s sold out on 12/13/25. I tried to call several times for it to be consistently busy and get a full voicemail message. I called back to back to back. Get a better phone service to take orders or take online orders and alert people when it’s sold out to stop wasting people’s time, energy and money. I get having a buzz but it very much gives poor planning. Is that really your business model? If you know the sandwich is popular stop only making 50 of them. It’s ridiculous to come from across town to be told this. Do better.
