There was only one The Ramen option, which was okay. But Every aspect about it had RED pepper flakes…..the shrimp, chicken and unpleasantly the broth. I am not a chef. Broth can be sipped, the RED pepper flakes directly hitting to back of the throat during sipping. Made me question if this waz pleasant or not.

The Omega made a great contrast to the Red pepper flakes.

The Menus, let you know clearly a popular spot.

I called to place the order and went to pick it up myself. But when I got home and opened the container—what a disgusting surprise!
Im absolutely disgusted by the meal I received from your restaurant. Finding a fly and a hair in my food is beyond unacceptable—it’s disgusting, unsanitary, and frankly disrespectful to your customers.

I called immediately, and while the manager sounded surprised and offered to replace the meal, that was not what I wanted. I don’t want a second helping of filth—I wanted my money back. Offering a replacement instead of a refund shows how little you value basic hygiene or customer satisfaction.

Let me be clear: I will never eat from your restaurant again, and I’ll make sure others know exactly what kind of standards you operate under. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was gross negligence.

I love love love the food here but, Why cant any (maybe 2 do) of the servers speak English. ugh… She took a lunch break when she was still waiting on us. I waited over 30 mins to get my check. I ended up getting up myself to find her. I contemplated just walking out w/o paying Even the manager was taling a lunch break. No one would have noticed. Everything else was awesome.

When you walk in the establishment has an upscale vibe to it and me and my crew definitely felt under dressed based on the guests. None the less we were treated with the upmost respect and amazing service! Daniella a beautiful waitress was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and pointed me in the direction of the tuna jalapeño appetizer, the nissi roll (baked) as an entree. Wow her advice was on the money the food was delicious. I will be returning for more great sushi and awesome service. Must visit in Laredo.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but lately the service has gone downhill. Every time I place an order for pickup, something goes wrong. I often request extra sauces or simple substitutions, and they’re almost never included or changed. It feels like whatever you tell them goes in one ear and out the other.

The last few times this happened, I called to let them know, and the only solution offered was for me to drive back and pick up the missing items. That completely defeats the purpose of calling to fix the issue. It happened again today, and their response was, “We’ll make a note for next time.” How does that help me now when I wanted the sauces for this meal?

It’s frustrating and disappointing to see the quality of service decline after years of being a loyal customer. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their attention to detail and customer care.

The food is always great, atmosphere depends what time of day you go lunch is more casual, dinner feels a little more on the quiet side. Pricey but well worth the price, good portions and great quality of food. Service is good. They have a variety of foods, I recommend the bowls and the fresh sushi, personal favorites are the paradise roll and salmon poke bowl. Kids friendly during the day but I’ve seen mostly adults during the evening.

We dined at 1:15pm on a weekday. Service was fast, the waiter didn’t seem to know all the details of the menu but we got it figured out. I ordered the lunch special with a double salad portion and a Yoshua baked roll. The roll tasted good, salad was relatively plain which wasn’t to my taste but not necessarily bad. No complaints, just didn’t necessarily knock my socks off to merit a full 5 stars. Price was reasonable with the lunch special and we left feeling full.
