Very disappointing experience. The woman who took our order refused to make a correction literally seconds after submitting it. We also left a generous tip on a takeout order, but when we got home, the consommé for our 6 birria tacos ($6 each) was missing. Our total was over $70, and the service and attention to detail did not match the price. Unfortunately, this was the worst taco experience we’ve had.

Overcharged me and my wife for the wrong order! My wife placed an order over the phone for 4 quesobirria tacos, 1 torta, and 2 tacos plus some drinks. The total came out to $102, which was not correct in anyway. The food was already prepared when we were told the price in person (was not told how much it was over the phone by the way) my wife was very confused and asked her why it amounted to so much and the cashier had told us she had ordered a completely separate thing also called quesobirrias that was $12 apiece instead of the ones my wife originally wanted which was $6 apiece. My wife tried to explain that she intended to order the $6 ones as every time we’ve come in person we’ve always been given those ones and never have heard of the more expensive type. This was a huge miscommunication and confusion caused by the restaurants lack of differentiating two different items on the menu that both have the same name. My wife kept trying to tell the cashier that she intended to order the cheaper ones but the lady insisted that my wife was wrong, and out of peer pressure my wife ended up paying the full amount and taking the food, which was four full boxes of food we had nothing to do with. Poor customer service, and the cashier should’ve admitted to placing the order wrong and also tried to put the blame on my wife by telling her she should’ve paid better attention to the difference of item and price, although my wife had know way to know over the phone the price because we were not told and had no knowledge of these items being two different things.

Food was great and so was the staff. I do feel the sopas were a little over priced. They’re $8.00 each and smaller than other restaurants. The pricing on other items seemed reasonable.

First time to Tacos Los Vaqueros and I can say that it is one of the best taco restaurants that I have been to. I had the birria taco, carne asada taco, and the tripa taco. The tortillas are a little oil fried, just like I like them with tacos. Everything was delicious and will be heading back very soon.

I’m only given this place 1 star. The beans and rice were good. We got the steak, carnitas and pastor tacos. All Meat was super dry no flavor.
When you have “tacos” in the title of your establishment that those should be the star of the show.
We sat and ate and seen a rouch crawling on the wall and that was it for us.

Terrible service, the food somewhat good but I had to wait more than 45 minutes for my food, the restaurant was not even full, there were many people who were waiting longer. The girls who were working, just talking to some guys at the bar, I’m not going back.

Visited roughly around 7pm August 17th, the girl who took our order was on a video call with a guy who she thought was more important than to take our order. She was more attentive to her call than taking our order. We had to repeat our order to her more than once and had a nasty attitude. Not welcoming at all! Need new staff forsure! Ridiculous prices $5.50 per taco!
