This location failed to make sure my order was completely secure. I called after I received the order from DoorDash…contacted them while the driver was waiting for a response from this store. I spoke with the shift lead “Michael” whom doesn’t have any resolve for this particular issue. Nor did he escalate my concerns so, I could procure my correct food that I paid for. After dealing with him and his lack of knowledge or willingness to offer a resolve. He says they are out of brownies. However, they allowed it to be available on the website even though it’s not available in store. I wanted a refund or my food since I was on a lunch break. I was getting nowhere with his incompetence. So, I asked for the manager. The shift lead Michael gave me her name and said she will contact me. Apparently she is unavailable to offer a response. Her name is Josie Ousesky. I am confused why I have to wait for a response when they were paid for services. What is this world coming to when people can actively receive money without providing a product. It’s beyond me.

This location is an absolute nightmare. My coworker and I work next door to this place. We placed an order for pick up, they have a rack where they set the pick up orders so you can just walk in and grab your bag and go. We placed our order for pick up time 11:40am. We got there at 11:38, it wasn’t ready. So we stood by the pick up rack waiting. Finally we sat at the table by the pick up rack. At 11:58 they finally asked if we were waiting on an order and we told them the order name, that’s when they pulled our bags out from behind the counter and told us the order had been ready for a while. 6 people in this place and they saw us waiting and never said anything. We just assumed they were running behind because they have many times in the past. They hand us the bags and we get back to work, then I realize they gave me the wrong sandwich. So I have to walk back and I tell them what happened so they get the manager after sitting there gossiping amongst each other about how I requested my sandwich be remade. Manager comes over and asks what happened and when I tell him he asks me why we didn’t ask for our order when we got there. I said because they have a pick up rack where the pick up orders usually are so we assumed it wasn’t ready, especially because your entire staff saw us waiting and never said anything. He told me they stopped using the pick up rack 2 weeks ago because people kept taking the wrong bags. I said okay well maybe you need to put a sign up stating that and tell your staff if they see someone waiting for 20 minutes beside the pick up rack then maybe they should ask if they’re waiting on an order. They remade my sandwich and apologized and gave me a card for a free sub. Which is nice and I appreciate, but doesn’t fix the issue. This isn’t the first or second time we’ve had problems with this place, the only reason we went back was because we like the Thanksgiving sub they have. They all need additional training on service especially customer service. I was polite the whole time but they still sat there gossiping about how I wanted a new sandwich since mine had been sitting out for so long.

Aitting in the drive thru… They are not busy. No other car in the line. It’s been 18 minutes since they ran my card. I got inside and there are 2 customers in there. And magically my food was ready sitting there. Never again.

Placed an online order and when I got home my sandwich was a Philly Cheesesteak and not the Club on a Sub like I ordered. Called the location and told them we received the wrong sandwich and was told what do you mean. The sandwich that we received was not the sandwich I ordered. Then was asked is there anyway we could go back up there to get it remade. This is when I got irritated because there was no apology or I’m sorry about that, I asked if they knew how to make a sandwich and was hung up on.
I drove to the location to get my sandwich remade and asked inside who was the person who hung up on me. Israel said that was me. I asked for a refund and he told me I had to go through the app. Then I asked to have the sandwich remade and he refused.
This is absolutely insanity! Still no apologies or I’m sorry. Just stated that since he didn’t make the sandwich that he couldn’t apologize for that.
Mind you that Israel is a shift lead. I asked to speak to the manager and told me to speak with George or Selvia.
If you make a mistake, then apologize regardless who made the sandwich.

I love Firehouse but this location is just not up to any standard. I got home with my sandwich and it was missing the meat and the cheese. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and I just can’t tell you how much you should avoid this location.

Paid $10.38 for a small hook and ladder combo. It’s maybe 3-4 inches long and the bread is broken. The sandwich barely has meat and is really not that good. All I taste is bread, cheese and mayo. I recommend going to Jimmy John’s for a much bigger and better sandwich for a dollar more.

Work nearby so I drive thru usually once a week. The wait is always long, but the attitudes are generally good, so I don’t mind. Today I waited in line over 20 plus minutes and when I got to the window, they took my card and charged the meal, then asked me to pull around front. I declined so the person at the window went and got reinforcements to tell me I was going to HAVE to pull around, the food is ready for the cars behind me, laughing while telling me they had a hiccup. At this point 1/2 my lunch hour has expired so I just asked for a refund. Not a fan of having to pull around front when you have wasted near 1/2 my lunch hour and then laugh in my face. Rude!

Every establishment should employ an amazing manager that handles every customer and situation with grace, such as Miss Madison at the La Porte location. The food is amazing, there was a small hiccup with one of the order’s, however, this young lady handled everything In an exceptional way. Correcting the issue in such a polite way. That is why I give this establishment 10 out of 10 and It’s all because of Miss Madison.

This place is disgusting. It looks like they never clean it food everywhere and they don’t even have utensils for the lemons. Do they just let people grab it with their hands?

The sandwiches are good but the service isn’t. One night I went through the drive through and they told me just a minute and I sat there 20 minutes and left and there wasn’t anyone inside that I could see. The last time I went there the lady and guy behind the counter were telling me just a minute we are having a bad night, uhhh sat inside for, 20 minutes until a woman came in and worked the counter and got sandwiches out. Need a whole new crew.
