If you’re a frequent Dunkin drinker, than you’re probably aware which Dunkin you choose to get your drink from matters. Some spots are just a bit better than others. This is one of those spots. The employees here are always friendly, attentive, and quick to get your order out. And my iced coffee with cream and vanilla is always made great. Plus, the inside is always nice and clean. I’m a huge fan of Dunkin’s $5 Meal Deal, which is what I got on this given day. I got my usual coffee, has browns, and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap that hit the spot. It was exactly what I needed. Plus, they gave me a munchkin to try, which I think they were passing out to everyone. Overall, I’m lucky that this Dunkin is so near to my work because it’s my go-to stop for a morning coffee, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin’ was very disappointing. I ordered coffee, and shortly after drinking it, I started feeling sick. The taste was off, and it didn’t seem fresh. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. Definitely hope management looks into the quality and cleanliness because this was not a good experience.

So impressed with this Dunkin!!!!! There’s cheery, upbeat music. The girls working there had big smiles on their faces! They had every type of donut you could imagine freshly made and in the glass displays for purchase. The iced coffee was fresh and delicious and made exactly how I ordered. They even asked if I wanted my apple fritter heated up instead of just throwing it into the bag! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Best Dunkin experience 🙂

I’m so done with this place. I used to come here on a nearly daily basis but in my recent visits their service has taken a plunge. I would rarely get whipped cream with the latte ordered despite it being included, and twice they gave me a hot chocolate instead of said latte. I ordered a bagel sandwich and I don’t even know what I was served. Why would anyone think that’s okay to give to a customer? I decided to give them another chance and now there’s no bacon in my sandwich. I give up.

Okay, I know it’s just a Dunkin but the owner is so kind, they have really good music and they’re open late!!!!! It’s a really clean and inviting environment so I definitely recommend them. The food was fresh and yum.

The older gray haired manager continues to be rude. She will ignore customers to command her staff of 2+ to clean up instead of tending to customers. This has happened on many occasions. New mgmt sucks!

Dunkin’ has promise, but there are some drawbacks. First and foremost, some of the employees here are great and friendly, but others clearly don’t want to be there. Unfortunately, the location isn’t the most convenient (strip mall) with no drive through. Parking is plentiful though.
As for the food, seems like the donuts are from frozen stock. I may be wrong, but there’s nothing screaming “fresh” about the donuts. No scent of freshly fried dough. The donuts aren’t warm gooey. They don’t even taste like an exquisite fresh donut. If I’m wrong, I’ll eat my words (and a donut).
