You must get a lot of complaints. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger plain with a small coke. Just guess what was on it ? Mayo, ketchup, mustard and enough of it for the burger to slide off the bun. This means the person taking the order does not know how to ring it up as a plain no condiments item. This has happened twice different days. So people who don’t know something apparently don’t ask for help. There was no urgency as nobody was behind me in the drive -thru.

I went to jack in the box at night and they have the lobby open and I asked if they were open and I don’t know if it’s the manager but he was rude to me and he didn’t take my order. I understand that you’re not gonna take my order but why if you have the lobby open you don’t wanna take my order. I went to the drive-thru and he yelled at me saying that I was disturbing the customers, when I literally just wanna buy something quick. If you’re a manager or supervisor you have to try to be kind and respectfully with customers. that’s something that I didn’t have that night.

Don’t go here, you’re better off going to either the McDonald’s across the street or going to the next jack in the box near the casino. Hector, one of the latino guys on the late night shift has no customer service skills with a passive aggressive attitude. We both speak Spanish so it’s not a language barrier.

Went here to pick up my mobile order and asked if my sandwich can be toasted and food hot. The manager screamed and said ma’am, I said excuse me. She said loudly with an attitude we toast all the bread and you ordered 8 minutes ago. I get to the window and she says you always have a problem when you come here. Don’t come back. I didn’t take my order. Please refund my order I was just here the other day and asked the guy manager for hot food and it was a mobile order he didn’t have a problem with it, she’s very unprofessional. She told her staff the next time you see her do not serve her. IS IT HER RESTAURANT TO BAN SOMEONE FROM COMING? CHIRAZ or something was the managers name
